New champ idea- Marcus the Death Ray guy

This champion is blind. So blind in fact that when you start up the game with this champ all you see is a black screen. Another obstacle with this champion is that you cannot move out of base with this champion. This champion also cannot buy items. Now this champ also only has one ability. Now it scales up 18 levels and all you have to do to level it up is do the keyboard shortcut for leveling up your q once every time a champion dies. So this ability is a little bit strong. It is a death ray that instantly fires once every 45 seconds in the direction you fire all the way across the map. Now this death ray can go through everything including zhonyas and times where you are invulnerable. The only two things that this death ray does not destroy are braums shield because it absorbs the blast and can be refired by braum the next time he presses q. The other thing that it is not effected by is fiora's parry because that shit blocks literally anything.
