Warwick Rework Ideas - Free to Add to It
No real way to start this off but to simply say that Warwick's concept is freaking awesome. A high sustain werewolf that hunts them down and mauls the enemy. Yet, it doesn't feel right, due to the lack of depth in Warwick's kit. His abilities are honestly just boring though, in look and play. His W is nothing but an attack speed buff, a huge one, but really uneventful. His Q is alright, not much to change there.. R is strong, and I like it actually, but the point and click instant gap closer part feels really cheap. As for his E, it's okay, hard to think of any real issues with it since it's just handy. His passive also is on the "it's nice but so eh" side. Those are my gripes with his abilities, now onto possible things that could be reworked into something cool.

New Passive - Feral Beast Every 12 seconds Warwick viciously lashes out at a nearby enemy with a basic attack that has 100% lifesteal. This attack prioritizes champions and large monsters. The cool down is reduced to 3 seconds based on Warwick's missing health. (If the theme is for you to be a rabid beast nothing says it more than attacking whatever comes near you.)
**Changed Q ** Warwick strikes at an enemy recovering health, dealing percentage health damage scaling with his AD, and healing for a percent of the damage scaling with his AP. Removal of the flat damage, and the block of percentage damage on minions/monsters, reduction of the it's damage dealt by 50% however against minions/monsters. Heal isn't reduced however. Also gives Warwick movement speed when used on champions, scaling with the missing health of the target. -Added passive - Scent - Warwick can see scent trails left by enemy champions when they're missing 40% - 25% of their health. These trails are only visible to Warwick, with Warwick himself only seeing them when he is nearby. (He finally can smell your scent, like a wolf)
New W - Lycanthropes Vigor - Reduces Feral Beast's cooldown to .5 seconds for 1.5 seconds. The damage and healing is reduced by 75%, 50%, and finally 25% for each consecutive hit on the same enemy. Each attack also applies a stacking slow of 5%, to 15%.
New E - All Fours Warwick goes down on all fours, increasing his base movement speed by 20, however this increase is lost on taking damage from enemy champions/towers. Warwick also while on all fours increases the effectiveness of movement speed buffs to him. Furthermore when on a scent trail moving towards the prey, Warwick's base movement speed is increased by 60, not removed by champion/tower damage.
**Changed R ** Ult for the most part stays the same, however becoming a skill shot that launches Warwick, mauling the first champion he encounters. A short range and slow speed by itself, however if Warwick casts it while on All Fours the launch speed and distance are significantly increased, however this is only when Warwick has the scent bonus movement speed, which requires him to actively be chasing his opponents. (don't want him having a super cheesy getaway ult on top of all of his stick)
- Passive - Hunters Call - Each level of Warwick's ult increases the scent trail of enemy champions.
