New Vlad Bug *Gameplay* - Crimson Rush Fails to Proc

Sometimes while playing Vladimir and I use the crimson rush Q on a jungle monster, it doesn't proc the passive and simply does a regular Q. I haven't really encountered this against champions, although there's not as much opportunity to in comparison. I'd provide video evidence but I've got a real shit computer. If I get a friend to help than sure. Also, it usually happens when I'm spamming my Q on the monster, while it's still on cooldown. Think the crimson rush passive sometimes doesn't coincide with the Q cooldown, and so when I get the Q back the passive hasn't kicked in. Really annoying.

P.S. could ya buff the movement speed on Crimson Rush. It feels barely there, it's noticeable but barely.
