He would be a tank think Vi kind of tank rather than say Amumu

P:Gain bonus armor penetration at certain levels Q: A sweep with knock back similar to draven's stand aside but its melee W:Self buff maybe even allies Steroid or Defense boost E: A charge/Joust (knocks back ) R: Earth Breaker: jump into the sky and stab the earth creating a circular shattered field enemy who are within the field at the end of the ult are rooted (think Zyra ult but roots instead of knockup)

Any idea for better abilities?

Lore: His name is Marcellus, Marcellus unlike Leona did not grew up with pantheon however he is most definitely one of Pantheon closest maybe even his best friend. As warriors of the Rakkor they are not merely friend but they are rivals, who push each other to their limits. When Pantheon was chosen as Rakkor finest and given the relics of Zeronia. Marcellus felt proud but also sadden that his rival have strive so far ahead of him but believing himself to be Pantheon rival and equal he went in search for power. His search lead him to a temple at the base of the mountain he found a dead civilization but in those ruins he found his Great lance a relic equal to the relics of Zeronia.

Another possible route is instead of one giant lance he can wield two smaller lance
