The soulshard mirror: An ornate polished mirror bearing ancient symbols from every region upon its surface, tales say that it can reflect the inner desires of it holder and the inner fears of those who try to break it.

Builds from: item 1028, item 3136 and item 3028

Effects: Health +450 Magic Resist +40 Magic penetration +15 Ability power +30

Unique passive- Harmony: Grants bonus health regen % equal to mana regen %

[Removed] Unique passive- Dominating Gaze: hitting an enemy with your spells lowers their magic resist by your magic penetration value for 1 second

Unique Active- Reflection: Activating the mirror causes the next enemy ability to be completely reflected back at its caster (skillshots fire back in the direction they came) and all their effects are inflicted upon the original caster or enemy in line of reflection. (in the case of skillshots) [edit] 60 second cd

Notes this item is intended for Ap casters and Tank mages however it can be picked up by supports who are ap and need survivability, it offers good survivability and the penetration value is fair for the build path, but the true effect comes from the active of the item which can turn an ability back on its caster much to their dismay.

I don't have your full item cost, so my talk on gold efficiency will be a bit lackluster. Haunting Guise's cost is 1500 gold, Chalice's cost is 800 gold, and Ruby Crystal's cost is 400 gold. That brings is up to 2700 gold minimum for your item's cost, and after throwing the stats into my item-gold calculator, I know that the stats it gives are worth 3132.5 gold, before the effects.

Dominating Gaze is where this becomes incredibly strong, and even if it didn't have Reflection, I'd pick this item up. Currently, the meta is dominated by damage-dealers, and magic resist stats are very low at the moment. Haunting Guise and Sorc. Shoes, as well as this item, would give you 48 magic penetration; most people, by the time you finish that item, will have about 60, if they've built resistances. Otherwise, most will be sitting at 32 magic resist. With Dominating Gaze, you essentially have 96 magic penetration, which would make you deal, to the prior mentioned 32 MR champion, 40% increased magic damage. Not to mention, there's a reason reflection doesn't exist anymore. Kayle's first and original ultimate was that any damage she took while invulnerable would be done in an AoE around her. If you took this, you'd do MORE than just survive-- you'd oneshot the enemy Veigar if he tried to ult execute you.

TL;DR: effects are way too strong.
