Instead of new champions...

Could we possibly instead focus on new items? Even though this is my 4th season there's plenty of champions that I haven't played much. So for me there's plenty of champion variety. What I'd rather have is more items to allow me to play the champs I know and love differently, and be able to have more options to adapt to different champions, lanes, comps, ect. Speaking of that, bring back things like Banner of Command. That item was a godsend for me playing Garen into a perma shove AP lane bully like Singed or Rumble. Revert it, nerf it, whatever. Just bring it back. Same thing with Moonflair spell blade. I also would like to see an Ohmwrecker change/buff. Maybe we could add a defensive ability if it's used on a friendly turret? You could make it give a tower double attack speed for 3 seconds. These types of things is what keeps the game interesting for me.
