Seriously. Bard is the most disappointing champion release... Ever? Surpassing even that of Vel'Koz's.

Probably next week. Ish. Given prior record and the way they've shifted into Boring Contentless PBE Update Mode (gotta test dem stable builds, man).
Depending on if the patch after the one on the PBE will have a champion or not. It might not. If there is we'll probably start getting info on Tuesday.
Bard just got released and you're already asking for another one? I'll admit bard isn't exactly the best Champana released but you have give them time. Regardless of whether or not a champion is good or bad it still takes time to make them.
Just because one person or in this case a lot of people are upset that Bard isn't good doesn't mean it'll take them any less time to make another. I'll admit he's definitely a very strange champion, one of my personal gripes with him is that his heal is practically useless late game.
You're still asking a bit much for another champion to be announced so soon after another ones release. I know that the past four champion releases have kind of been grouped together in pairs but the only reason for that is because the teams working on those champions happen to finish at about the same time.
