Raijin, The Thunder God (From the Creator of Aaron the Gunslinger)

Raijin is a melee burst mage, with powerful spells that benefit him in the mid and late game. Able to deal lots of damage, he is best played in the mid lane.

Before the destruction of the other Gods, by the hand of Doravak, he relinquished his status of Thunder God. Now, with the rising threat of world domination by his former ally, Raijin grows tired and desperate doing his best to save Runeterra. He has retained his powers of Lightning, and use them against Doravak's forces.
Raijin had recruited a team of 6 fighters, who defend Runeterra. Years of the seemingly endless struggle had failed to pay off. During a meeting, while Raijin and his team were planning to end the war, small creatures scattered through the room, carrying with them, Raijin's discussion. Raijin had found out of this, however, and quickly responded by fleeing the area with his team. But it was too late for that. The attack on Raijin had begun. Waves of lava overflowed from the cracked grounds. Raijin and his team were seemingly cornered, until Raijin made the ultimate sacrifice.
Raijin chose to flee, instead of fight. His best ally - Pao, a master of an ancient fighting style - was taken away with Raijin, leaving the other 5 to die. He could hear no screams of his allies as he thought they would be ripped to shreds by Doravak. His escape would be short lived. Raijin's best ally would soon become his next enemy. Pao turned on the god, in an attempt to kill him for abandoning the team. Raijin avoided any attempt to fight, but was seemingly forced to combat Pao, due to his persistence. The battle ended in Raijin's favor, with Pao failing to defeat him. In an attempt to teleport once more, he was attacked again, by a wounded, but tireless Pao. Raijin electrocuted him, immediately regretting his mistake. Pao fell to the floor, trembling. The trembling had seized. Pao had died. Raijin has no more allies. He must find a way to defeat Doravak, and stop the end of the world.

Abilities
Innate: Static Touch - Every 10/7/4 seconds, Raijin's basic attack will electrocute the enemy and stun them for 1 second. He can also use his abilities to stun multiple targets.
Q: Shockport - Active: Raijin fades, and teleports to target location. Upon arriving at his destination, he deals 90/120/150/180/210 (20% AP Ratio) magic damage to all enemies hit.

W: Vicinity Burst - Innate: Every spellcast near Raijin gives him 1 stack of Vicinity. (His spells count as 2 stacks) At 5 stacks he is able to use Vicinity Burst. (Max: 10 stacks)
Active: Raijin releases a burst of lightning, inflicting 80/120/160/200/240 (10% AP Ratio) magic damage to all enemy units around him. For every extra stack of Vicinity, it will deal 10/15/20/25/30 bonus magic damage.
While Electro Ball is active, Vicinity Burst heals Raijin for 20% of all damage dealt.

E: Static Blast - Active: Raijin forces a destructive lightning blast from his hands to immediately inflict 60/100/140/180/220 (50% AP Ratio) magic damage to all enemy champions, and slow them by 15/30/45/60/75% for 1.5 seconds.

R: Electro Ball - Toggle Raijin becomes a large orb of electricity, becoming untargetable for the first 3 seconds, and gaining speed which increases to 100% increased movespeed. Raijin deals 10/25/40 (20% AP Ratio) Magic Damage every .5 seconds to all nearby units.
While active, Vicinity Burst has increased range, Static Blast cannot be used, and Raijin loses 8% of his current health each second.
