I don't think it will be too huge, but it will definitely make him stronger in good areas. He was a little out of the meta but now he should be able to be pushed into the tank meta.

It's going to be completely viable to build him full AP or AD with his ult being so strong now. He can just prance into a teamfight and explode the ADC with no chance of himself being bursted down. I'm scared.
