It would help if you had more to go on. And asking the community to help make the concept never works. Asking for feedback is fine, but when you ask people to actually make pieces and parts of a concept, it just never gets done. There have been several posts that have asked the community to help make the concept, with the intention of it becoming a community made champion. However the league of legends community is just too lazy to do anything more than offer feedback on a concept that is already there.
