Health: 509.35 (+76 per level) Mana: 355 (+ 55 per level) Attack Damage: 49.368 (+2.7 per level) Attack Speed: 0.625 (+2.25% per level) Movement Speed: 335 Health Regen: 5.92 (+0.45 per level) Mana Regen: 6 (+0.8 per level) Armor: 19.15 (+3.5 per level) Magic Resist: 30 (+0 per level)

Passive: Medical Examination!

Armin assesses the health of allies who have been nearby him for a certain amount of time, and knows how to treat their wounds better. He also finds the weaknesses of enemies who have been around him too long. As a result, Armin's abilities gain 5/10/15% potency when affecting these allies/enemies.

Q: Inoculate:

Armin selects a target ally or enemy champion, and administers a serum with one of the following effects:

Ally: Gains a 7/9/12/15/20% attack speed and 6/13/20/27/35% bonus health regen for 5 seconds. Enemy: Deals 40/70/100/130/160 magic damage (+0.55 AP) on impact, and receives a debuff which causes the enemy champion to take 9/15/21/27/32% more incoming damage for 5 seconds.

Cost: 45/60/75/90/105 mana Range: 675 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds

W: U-6 Trauma Kit

Passive: Armin store's "Trauma Kit" charges (holding a maximum of 3/3/4/4/5 charges), generating one every 20/16/14/12/8 seconds. Active: Armin tosses out a Trauma kit to a nearby location, which he or an ally champion can step on, and receive 24/28/32/36/40% (+0.7 AP) of their missing health. If an enemy champion would step on the Trauma kit, it would break. Trauma kits will fade after 45 seconds if not used. *Trauma kits also grant vision within a 300 radius of them!

Cost: 95 mana Range: 300 Cooldown: 20/16/14/12/8 seconds (0.5 seconds between charges if more than one is available.)

E: Anesthetic Beam

Toggle: Armin's basic attacks are replaced with his Anesthetic Beam Cannon. He gains additional range (comparable to that of Tristana) and can now attack Allies and Enemies. His attack speed is constant, and basic attacks against an ally apply a buff which reduces incoming damage to that ally by 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% per second (of constant attack/targeting), and attacks against enemies slow at double the rate (Cap at 20/25/30/35/40%). While Anesthetic Beam is active, however, Armin's basic attacks deal no (0) damage.

IF Armin reaches 0 mana while using Anesthetic Beam, it goes on an extended cooldown.

Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 mana per second Range: 680 (Going to have to check values here to be sure) Cooldown: 0.5 seconds (Extended: 30/28/26/24/22 seconds)

R: Universal Solution

Armin super charges his medical gear, and fires at a targeted ally champion. The surge of energy removes all debuffs and heals 35/50/65% of their max health over 8/7.5/7 seconds while reducing incoming damage to them by 45/60/75% for as long as Armin can keep up his equipment and stay in range. Enemy Champion: Inflicts 28/35/42% of their missing health as damage for as long as Armin can keep up his equipment and stay in range.

Cost: 20/60/100 mana per second Range: 625 Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds

Lore Overview:

Anyone can cause damage, but it takes a skillful hand to repair it. Armin is the most renown medical practitioner in Bandle City, that is to say, the only one. Armin's methods are obscure at best, but nothing gets the job done better.

"Hello? Testing: 1, 2 , 3...Ah it works! Good show. Now, where was I? Ah yes, subject- erm, I mean patient, seems to be suffering from mild abdominal wounds-"

"DOC! JUST PATCH ME UP ALREADY! YOU SPENT 15 MINUTES SETTING THAT UP, AND I'M DYING HERE!"

Slaps

"Hush Rumble, you're ruining my audio log."

"BUT IT REALLY HURTS!"

Slaps again

"HUSH. This is why we take more caution when playing with our toys Rumble. That mechanized suit of yours is a headache and a half, and apparently several broken ribs and minor internal bleeding. No matter. I am now going to sedate the patient using the anesthetic beam cannon-"

"CANNON? WHY ARE YOU GOING TO SHOOT ME WITH A CANNON? DOC, I THOUGHT WE WERE COOL-"

Mechanical whirring followed by the sound of pulsing energy.

"wuhhhh..."

"There, patient has been heavily sedated, as I cranked the beam cannon up to 80% efficiency. His body will tone itself down, practically eliminating the risk of him bleeding out. Actually, I think I'll grab a bite to eat first."

Sound of footsteps and opening of a door.

"Ah! A cupcake. Good show!"

Door closes followed by the sound of footsteps and vicious eating sounds.

"Mm! That was delicious. What was I doing again? Oh yes, Rumble. I forgot you were there. Lets see...Ah yes, I can fix this all with the prototype!"

Box creaks open, and sounds of a struggle can be heard

"I forgot how heavy this thing was, ugh!"

Device slams against metal table.

"Now, if this does what it's suppose to, there should no need for invasive surgery. All I have to do is plug it into the beam cannon and-"

Clicking sound

"Bingo! Species setting is set for yordle. Goggles on!"

Mechanical whirring followed by loud pulsing roar

"IT WORKS! HAHAHAHA, IT WORKS!"

Pulsing sound stops suddenly

"Fiddlesticks. It seems I have ran out the power...But the good news is that the patient's injuries have been treated fully, no internal bleeding, no broken ribs. All that's left to do is wake him up. Where did I put that syringe? Hmm, oh well, this ought to work just as well."

Slaps

"OW!"

"All better. You may go now."

Armin was a project that was about a year in the making, taking forms such as Roy the Trauma Tech, and a brief form as a robotic dog from Piltover. I would appreciate your thoughts and feedback, as well as any questions you have about the design process, or if you want to know more about The Bandle Medic, go right on ahead! The 3-D model at the top was created by me, and is a rather rough representation of what Armin is suppose to be, I had to form everything from spheres so it was no picnic :P Thank you for your time! :D

Patch Notes:

Inoculate: Patients no longer have the urge to run from Armin, merely attack things rapidly. Anesthetic Beam: No longer gives allies movement speed bonus from the great beyond. Anesthetic Beam: Is no longer a tether (TENTATIVE CHANGE) but instead a beam like Vel'Koz's ult, without the damage. Values have been modified slightly as to the extra use the beam now has. Universal Solution is no longer The Final Solution for enemy champions. *Anesthetic Beam has entirely new behavior! Partial credit to Bresn for reinforcing the damage reduction.
