Kennen ????

If he continues not receiving a skin until December of this year, it will be 4 years, 4 years since he last received a skin. He has 5 skins, being that 2 are legacy and even then they are just chroma packs. I know that he is not a fan favorite but still that is no reason not to give him skins for 4 years. And its not like there is no theme that he matches, I mean Blood Moon Kennen should have happened a long time ago (along with Blood Moon Diana), Archlight Kennen is kinda easy to picture as well. Sure, if Riot told us that they are waiting for Kennen VU to be complete to give him a skin, that I would be fine, however, he is not even on the waiting list, as far as we know.
