(Champion Concept) C, The Master Thief
I deceided to try and make the thief C that Caitlyn is always after because I liked that part of her story and figured it'd be a fun champ/rival to add into the game. I decided to stick with the thief idea and centered his kit around things a thief would use/have/do. I don't have any ideas for major numbers nor do I have any artwork (CAN"T DRAW AT ALL), but I think it's a decent kit. I picture him as an assassin styled jungler (like Evelynn or Master Yi).
THIS IS AN EARLY BUILD IDEA; IN NO WAY IS IT PERMANENT.
Lore Not much is known about the master thief known as C except for his reputation of always getting what he wants and never getting caught. Some of his favorite marks are in the city-state of Piltover, Zaun, Demacia, and Noxus. The most famous person that relates to C is probably Caitlyn, The Sheriff of Piltover. He always leaves a calling card for her marked with an ornate C. He always enjoys toying with the Sheriff hoping that one day he might actually get caught by her. Of course by then he will have not only stolen her heart, but the rest of the world's riches as well.
