Gekido: The Last Waru By: Leachim Kcorruts

Rundown: Gekido is a Tanky bruiser who can soak up damage and deal the damage back to opponents and more.

Backstory: In the lands of early Ionia there were people of great greed and evil called the Waru. They believed you lived as a slave, or ruled as a tyrant. These people had many great artifacts like any nation would, one of them being a great golden ring with obsidian gems. This ring was called in the native Tounge Kogane no Nikushimi no Hōseki. Those who would survive its wrath in the future would call it the Eye of Golden Vengeance. This ring was held by the High Poggun, who ether killed the previous Poggun or (rarely) succeeded their father. Gekido was of the latter and the bottom, making him the greatest Poggun ever. He ruled for years before the ancestors of the modern Ionian came and destroyed the Waru Empire and left their people to rot. The Waru died that day, except one, Gekido sealed himself in behind a wall of flesh using Dark Magic and the corpses of his slaves. One day an exploration group found the seal and eventually opened it. The last page of the recording was returned to the Demacian Capital by the half dead Demacian General who over watched the exploration, before returning to his “New Master”.

Day 18: We found a way to open the seal but wish we did not. The first thing we saw was a golden ring dazzled with obsidian gems, followed by a large figure on a golden throne. He opened his eyes and the ring upon his finger swelled with power as a dark hatred began to surge from him. He then came forth, chuckled, and mercilessly killed us one by one only to bring us back as his slaves. Even the Demacian General, a strong and powerful man, was brought down to a lowly messenger, sent to you Prince Jarven. I am his letter writer, and I send this Message as a warning. Gekido has returned.

Abilities Passive: Malice Eternal: Gekido holds his grudges for a long time, each time he is damaged he will converge half of that damage into spite (Max amount of 200). When Gekido dies he will remember who killed him. When he re-spawns the unit who killed him will be marked with “Malice Eternal” allowing him to deal twice the amount of damage to the last champion to kill him from ether his auto-attack and giving a bonus effect to his spells when they target the champion. Only one champion can be the target of Malice Eternal.

Q: Death Strike: Gekido raises one of his dead slaves to attack target champion (Range: 600). The risen slave will deal 120/120/120/120/120 damage (+1 AD) physical damage. For each Spite Gekido has the target will take an additional 1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6/3.0 Physical Damage. If the target is marked for Malice Eternal he will take double the amount of damage. Cool Down: 15 sec/14 sec/13 sec/12 sec/11 sec

W: Gekido's Wrath: Gekido knows no remorse, for every 80 missing health Gekido will gain 1 AD. Gekido can activate this ability to consume all of his spite gaining .1/.15/.2/.25/.3 attack speed and life steal for every Spite consumed. Gekidos auto attacks will also slow any champion under the effects of Malice Eternal Cool Down: 6 sec/6 sec/5 sec/4 sec/4 sec

E: Avenging Avarice: The Golden Eye of Vengeance rewards those who indulge in their need to seek revenge. Every time Gekido takes damage 50% of that damage will be converted into a stack of bonus gold. Killing an enemy champion marked with Malice Eternal will give you twice the stack of bonus gold.

R: Gaze of Revenge: Passive: Gekido uses his desire for revenge to fuel the power of The Golden Eye of Vengeance, giving him a bonus Armor and MR equal to the amount of Spite he has. He also gains AD and if the target is marked with Malice Eternal. Active: Gekido uses the ring to fire a Massive bolt of black and golden energy at target champion (Range: 2500) (Speed: 2800) dealing 200/300/400 (+.5 AD) Magic Damage and consuming all Spite to give it even more power, dealing bonus True damage equal the amount of Spite consumed this way. If the target is marked with Malice Eternal, that target will be executed if they are at 20% of their total health. The passive bonus is removed while Gaze of Revenge is on cool down. This can be blocked like a Caytlin Ult. Cool Down: 200/150/100 seconds

Physical Description: Short stocky white skinned man in robes made of the hide of a golden tiger. A black mustache in the shape of a horizontal lightning bolt, brown eyes, and superior blond hair.

Mental Description: Cruel and unruly. He only cares for three things his state of power, his gold, and that those who he feels wronged him suffer a “just” punishment. Everything and everyone else could fall in a pit for all he cared.
