Add Lobby Banners to Mastery Emotes

It'd be pretty dope if your in-game mastery emote would be the banner from the lobby, but with your mastery emblem where your preferred role goes instead. Then give us different banner designs to purchase from the store/unlock through Hextech Crafting. Scale it down so it's not as distracting. It'd be a nice way for players to personalize their experience and represent themselves to others.

Maybe even some new banners for our summoner profiles. Who knows?
