Champion teammate-to-teammate quotes (Awesome Idea!)

The taunt/ability interactions between enemy chamions are cool, but dont happen often enough simply because they only occur under precise circumstances. I think it would be super awesome if we could have our champions say things to other champions on our team when certain events happen.

Example 1: When Viktor levels up while Jayce is on his team and within earshot, he'll say something like "Bear witness to the glorious evolution, Jayce," and Jayce could respond with something like "No matter how many augmentations you impement, you'll never surpass the power of my Mercury Cannon, madman. Or is it machine?"

Example 2: If Jinx toggles to Pow-Pow while Graves is nearby, Graves could say something like "That little pea-shooter doesn't hold a candle to Destiny's firepower." Jinx could respond with something like "TWO bullets? You call that firepower? Ha!"

Example 3: If Jinx fires her ult and kills a target while Graves is nearby, she could say something like "How's THAT for firepower, Graves?" and Graves could respond with "...Damn." (if he cant have a cigar at least let him curse)

It would add a much deeper level of champion interaction, and just thinking about all the different rivalries and things they could say and how cool it'd be gets me really excited. :D
