[Client] Unable to Open Windows Game Bar

So I've recently discovered something new in Windows OS: The Windows Game Bar. You open it by pressing Windows+G and it gives you some features, like taking a screenshot or recording the past ___ seconds of whatever just happened on-screen. I'm really excited about this because if I can use it how i think i can use it, it would make recording clips WAY easier by allowing me to just play normally instead of predict when something cool is about to happen, Alt+Tab to my recording software to start the recording, playing at a slightly reduced FPS due to the recording and playing under the pressure of being recorded, and then going all the way back through the footage to find the sick plays you made.

However, in League it doesn't seem to open. If you're in game, you press Windows+G and it doesn't seem to recognize that the Windows key is being held down, for instead of opening the game bar your cursor in-game turns to a ping cursor as if you had just used the ping hotkey G. This happens with any shortcuts using the Windows key, including opening the Start Menu by just pressing the Windows key itself. This is kind of disappointing, but it would be amazingly convenient for content creators if this could be fixed. Thanks for your time!

EDIT: I did some more looking and i found that this has actually worked for some people, which frustrates me even further because no one has offered any reason as to why this doesn't work for the rest of us. Also, I tried changing the hokey to open the Game Bar to "Shift+p" and it still does not open.

A possible workaround would be to access your Settings within the Xbox app and change the shortcut keys to something that League is okay with, but it would still be nice to be able to use the Windows key in-game.

While the Game Bar itself doesn't show up (because of Fullscreen mode), the app itself is working. You can use the hotkeys to record while still in the game. I'm not sure about other people, but the indicator that the app started recording is a flash on the screen; the brightness increases and readjusts itself within a split second. It is noticeable enough that you can tell if you started recording.

My personal problem with this feature is that when I alt+tab from the game while I was recording, it will stop recording regardless of my settings to record while on the background.

For some reason, the game bar doesn't recognize some games AS GAMES while they are on fullscreen. And it seems to lose the 'forced recognition' (as in you started recording despite the fact that it didn't recognize it as a game. The Game Bar only appears if the window is recognized as a game, such that if you use it on Chrome it won't open the bar, though you could still go to the My Games tab in the Xbox app and add Chrome as a Game at which point I assume you will be able to record it) when you alt tab.
