Is Swain on the list of champs that aren't allowed to get skins? It has been over 3 years since Tyrant. No word on Dragonmaster Swain at all?

not just swain i ask the same question about Kennen Kassadin MasterYi who haven't got a skin in around the same amount of time. Hopefully they will get one soon.

To be fair, Kassadin got his major visual rework recently so he hasn't even been able to get skins and Yi has a number of skins and just got some chromas I think. But I completely agree about Kennen. It is depressing just how many orphaned champs there are in the game. Every time Riot makes a large visual update they should immediately release a skin for that champ.

Swain has a bird- shouldn't be a dragon. Phoenix is a better bet.
