Blank screen when in Champ Select - Multiple Times

Multiple times now I have gotten a blank screen in champ select where I can't actually see champ select, but I can still hear it. I can hear the timers ticking down while I can't actually select a ban or pick a champ and so am forced to dodge, causing me to lose LP. All I see is the normal client's blue background and some of the tabs at the top (Home Profile Collection etc) which I can click on and hear a click but nothing actually happens.
