Why is it unavailable for purchase? Ever since its release it's told me that it is unavailable.

still not unlocked, not sure what the hold up is unless they are doing an event soon, or if they plan on updating the skin, but you havent missed it yet so just be patient for just a little while longer!
It's not been released, that's why. They said it would be released later during this patch. Since the holidays are over now, I'm hoping it hits this week.
