Singed Needs Mana Compensation for Removal of Potions

PLEASE compensate singed as well as the other mana users in the game. I almost always start flask, 1 health, and 2 mana pots on him. I have no idea how anyone would EVER hope to have lane pressure while only using one spell, which is basically what you are forcing singed to do by not compensating him by giving him a larger mana pool or more regeneration like most of the other champions. Singed starts with 291 mana and his fling costs 100, and he is also still one of the only champions with an ult that costs over 100 mana. Singed already has a very hard time laning against a lot of champions, and absolutely needs to be able to use fling in lane to trade efficiently, but without mana potions he will not be able to. Using fling one time effectively reduces his mana by over 1/3.

I thought about it for a while, and decided that Blitzcrank was the closest comparison. Blitz's hook also costs 100 mana, reducing his mana pool by over 1/3, as he starts with 267 mana. There is a difference in Blitzcrank's favor though, I think it is pretty unanimously decided that he is a support champion and does not use mana for anything other than harassing his opponents. Whereas Singed needs to use his q, which costs 13 mana per second, to control the wave so he is not pushed under his tower, because singed is absolutely terrible at last hitting under tower.

The problem here is that right now, Blitzcrank, an analogous champion to Singed when you look at their mana costs and spells, is getting compensated for his high early mana costs by base his mana regeneration per second being increased to 1.7 from 1.2. I argue that Singed has greater issues, and yet there is nothing on surrender@20 compensating him for the removal of mana potions. Please don't forget about Singed.

The new Dorans ring gives 150% mana regen I think.

With mid laners being effected heavily by the change as well, you'll probably see more mid lane energy/resource less champions, which means you could probably just ask jungle for blue, because after the first clear, they really never need it again.

he might still get changes, atm they seem to be going over a lot of mid laners and junglers and only a few top champs

With the new flasks and other changes he should be fine.

Corrupting Potion •500 Gold •Limited to one type of Healing Potion. •UNIQUE Active: Consumes a charge to restore 150 Health and 50 Mana over 12 seconds and grants Touch of Corruption during that time.Holds up to 3 charges that refill upon visiting the shop. ◦Touch of Corruption: Spells and attacks burn enemy champions for 15 - 30 Magic damage over 3 seconds. (Half Damage for Area of Effect of Damage over Time spells. Damage increases with champion level.

or

Hunter's Potion •400 Gold •UNIQUE Active: consumes a charge to restore 60 Health and 35 Mana over 8 seconds. Holds up to 5 charges and refills upon visiting the shop. •Killing a Large Monster Grants one charge. •(Killing a Large Monster at full charges will automatically consume the newest charge.)

Both can be bought as starting items as the starting gold has been increase to 500(at least for now)

Both give pots that give mana. Both refill. One even has five pots and gives you a charge if you take a large monster. while not great for laning it is still decent as you can counter jungle far more efficiently . And the other give EXTRA damage on spells..... this includes singe poison.
