Is it normal for trundle to get 900 health back literally instantly from his ult?

Yeah it's dumb. He gets like 20% Of your max hp in magic damage returned as health, then that much again over 4 seconds. He also steals some ad and resistances. If you can take a top with range, and avoid getting all inned, you should be good. Gnar, Teemo, Quinn?
