Xenerix, the Apex of War

Quick Overview: Xenerix is a unique champion who is a Melee ADC that adapts to the situation he is in. He uses no mana system. Instead, he works a bit like Katarina with aspects of Udyr. He has one main attack/ability that costs nothing. His other abilities are forms in which he can switch on the fly. Utilizing this to your advantage is key. However, due to this his damage early on is limited until his full potential is unlocked when all abilities become available. His key feature is the burst damage from his one ability and switching between the two styles of fighting. His ultimate is a key turning point in the battle. While also a damaging ability, this is more used to break free and turn the tide in any team fight.
Counters: CC. The only way he can break free from CC is with his ultimate. Plan around that and you won't have to worry about him. Tanks specializing in AD/AP absorption. Champions that come to mind are:
and those are just the few. Stuns, slows, and any displacement will completely make him useless. His high DPS with the lack of much armor focus makes him an easy target for high damage ADC carries like himself.
Lore/Background: "They say a battlefield is where a man is truly formed. Where his grit and mettle are tested and the type of person he is comes out. Letter 23: Mom....Dad! I received your care package. Thank you! I have finished training. It was hard, rigorous even. They pushed us to the limits. However, we came out all the better for it! They say we will be stationed on the eastern border for the first few months of our duration in the service! I'm excited. Hope to hear from you soon! - Love, Xenerix.
Letter 77: Mom, dad. I haven't heard from you in a while now. I hope everything is alright. They won't tell us anything from back home. We ask, but they say everything is fine. There's been a few skirmishes here and there with some bandits and a force working with our enemies. They move like shadows. I'm safe, and I hope you are too. My training has taught me right. Letter 103: I don't believe them! They said the north was attacked! They're sending us to the north. Be safe. I hope you made it to aunties house south of their. I wish I could see you all again. Mom, dad. Be safe. I love you. Your son is on his way. -Xenerix.
Letter 126: T-this can't be! I....I had feared the worst, but this....Upon arriving at home I searched for you. The whole town was in ruins. No corpses, but it smelled of death. Mom, dad. I'm sending this to aunties house so I hope you're there and reply soon. Please, be safe. The platoon will make camp here tonight. -Love, Xenerix.
Letter 130: We were attacked. The bastards came from nowhere. The commander fell. I barely made it out alive as we fought them back. We followed in pursuit. Reinforcements are on their way. In the mean time we follow a man name Gerald. He seems capable enough. We tracked the beasts and will be striking soon. I love you, be safe. -Xenerix.
Letter 147: Gerald....brave man. He fell today. Saving our asses. He held the line at the river while we ran. His screams still terrify me. Orders from home state to head due northwest. An army is going to reinforce our position. Still haven't heard from you. Please, reply. -Xenerix.
Letter 160: I just found out by carrier pigeon. No survivors....These letters now I write just as a routine. My mind isn't as calm as it once was. There were no reinforcements. None. Our platoon, once 1000 strong, now barely 200. I hear howls in the night. My men....yes, I was promoted to commander in the last skirmish. I found a uniqueness to the battle and fought our way out. I hope you're in peace where you are. I love you. -Xenerix.
Letter 163: Reinforcements! Finally! An army 10,000 strong and more on its way! Our men celebrate tonight and my promotion was made official today. You'd be proud I'd like to think. With the upcoming battles we will face I hope you look down on me in favor. Though....the one in charge of this army seems....odd. -Commander Xenerix.
Letter 170: I KNEW IT! That daft idiot led us right into an ambush! Though, it was during the day time. Finally got a look at our "enemy". Creatures and men alike with strange tattoos and markings. The creatures giant and quick. Lithe and strong. They move like the wind, but go down more easily. I learned a few things, and will be making myself a weapon to combat these foes once I'm back at camp. -Yours always, Commander Xenerix.
Letter 183: It....was a slaughter. The entire army was decimated. Worms from the ground. THE GROUND! Can you believe it! Always at night save for that one ambush....I shudder to think what is to come next. -Commander Xenerix.
Letter 207: This...will be my last letter. I....am heading off. Where, I'm not sure. Somewhere away from here. I think back to when I joined the 7th platoon Dragon Knights. We would be heroes! Now....I see the truth. I was so blind! Ambushed, in the night. We fought till dawn, or at least I did. My custom weapon proved useful. By the time the light of the sun peaked over the horizon the last enemy fell....and I was the last one on the field. The sight I saw....War, is war. Nothing in war is heroic. Nothing in it is glorious. My brothers and sisters in arms lay on the ground. Some in pieces. Some not. Corpses of the enemies littered the field as did the bodies of my men. The worms flailed out everywhere, the other creatures stuck on pikes along with the heads of both sides. The field was red with blood. It was gruesome. The terrain was destroyed from both sides magics and attacks. I now know....when all comes to an end in a conflict that it isn't quite the end. No, this....is the Apex of War. -Ex-Commander Xenerix.

Letter 1: Mom, Dad. I was approached today by people claiming to be summoners. It was in this way I came to the league. They found me secluded far away in meditation. They appealed to me. Though I knew what war was and what it did, my skill in it was impeccable. They held a fight tournament to stop the meaningless bloodsheds that happened long ago. They asked how I lived so long, and was still so young. Simply? Magic. They understood and said no more. My first match is today. Perhaps here....I might find a purpose and maybe, I might follow my dream of being a hero again. Appearance: Xenerix has long dirty blonde hair with one pure white streak in it that he keeps held back in a ponytail (Think Mitsurugi and Yasuo). He has a scar over his left eye that he keeps closed for the most part. His eyes silver like that of the moon. He wears a black cloth cloak/jacket with a long back to it that is tattered. The sleeves of which form fit to his arms with plated armbands and pauldrons. Over this he wears a form fitting chest piece made of a mysterious metal that was a dull silver in color and trimmed in gold. He wore loose cloth pants with plated greaves over them and tight form fitting leather boots with plate around the shins. His weapon of choice is a Naginata. A specialized one. Upon activating his E or W the weapon switches to that of a sword (The handle retracts to be used one handed) and to that of a Scythe (The hand grows and the blade locks into place like that of a scythe). Activating either of these again will revert him to his regular Naginata.
Age: Early Twenties in appearance, but his true age is unknown. It is thought to believe he found immortality during meditation. Height: 5' 7" Weight: 130-135lbs mostly muscle.
Xenerix has many forms. These are what they are and what they are meant for: Naginata: Basic form. Meant for chasing down enemies while leaving oneself vulnerable.
Sword: Meant to enhance combat and stay alive while under the pressure. Loses mobility and speed for damage and defense.
Scythe: Gains attack speed and sustain while losing defenses and damage. This version is his "poking" form as his Q in this form is his only range.
Passive: *War is War - * Xenerix has seen his fair share of war and what it does to people. War is war. He is no different and goes into a frenzy while in the heat of battle. For each enemy that Xenerix kills he gains a stack of War up to a max of 10 stacks. These stacks deteriorate every 2 seconds while out of combat and are completely reset upon death.
Attack Speed: 2% per stack. Movement Speed: 2% per stack. Damage Increase: 5 true damage per stack. Lifesteal: 2% per stack. Armor and Magic Resist: 5 per stack.
Note: These stacks deteriorate 1 stack every 2 seconds while not in combat. This means stuns, chasing enemies who are faster, being immobile, or just not attacking at all will make him lose a stack every 2 seconds. This makes it necessary to stay in combat to keep these stack bonuses. Enemies who halt his attacks and movements can deter these stacks immensely making CC champions his bane.
Naginata Form: Xenerix's starting form. This levels with him. Persistent Effect: Every 3rd attack hits all enemies in a line before him.
Active: While in Naginata form Xenerix has 300 attack range. Gaining 2%*lvl.
Q Shadows Crescent/Strike of the Warrior/Crescent Leap: Xenerix has 3 different attack forms. Each form has a specific ability set to Q that changes when going between the forms.
Shadow Strike: Scythe Form - Xenerix swings his Scythe horizontally before him sending a dark purple crescent arc spinning 1000 units forward slicing all enemies in its path for 70/130/150/170/210 (+20% AD)(+30% AP). This attack also heals Xenerix for 10% of the damage dealt.
Cooldown: 15/13/10/7/5s
Strike of the Warrior: Sword Form - Xenerix strikes with great force before him sending a shockwave of force that tears the ground before him in a 500 unit range cone damaging enemies for 90/130/170/210/250 (+30% AD)(+10%AP). This also slows enemies for 10/15/20/25/30% for 3 seconds.
Cooldown: 15/13/10/7/5s
Crescent Leap: Naginata Form - Xenerix targets an enemy within a 600 range radius jumping up in a forward flip creating a white crescent in the air as he slams his blade down into the target dealing 50/90/110/150/170 (+50% AD)(+10% AP) which also causes the enemy to bleed for 3s dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+10% AD)(+30% AP) bleed damage over time. After this attack Xenerix backstep jumps twice to return to his previous location.
Cooldown: 15/13/10/7/5s
W Art of the Sword: Persistent Effect: 5/10/15/20/25 bonus magic damage.
Active: Xenerix activates his Sword form and turns his weapon into a medium range sword (150 melee range). Increasing his attack damage for 10/30/50/70/90 (+10% AD)(+5% AP) while in this form and gains 10/15/20/25/30% Armor and Magic resist.
Cooldown: 0.5s
E Art of the Reaper: Persistent Effect: 5/10/15/20/25% Critical Chance.
Active: Xenerix activates this ability and extends the blade (And hilt if in sword mode) creating a scythe with an attack range of 300. Increasing his Attack Speed by 20/25/30/35/40%. Every other attack heals him for 25/50/75/100/125 (+5% AD)(+10% AP).
Cooldown: 0.5s
R I Quit! Xenerix lets out a blast of energy and a shout. Damaging enemies for 150/200/250 (+30% AD)(+20% AP) in a 500 unit radius around him and knocks them back 300 units while stunning them for 0.5s. Removes all CC and ill effects (Silence, bleeds, poisons,etc) from him and he gains 30/40/50% movement speed, armor, and magic resist increase. Gaining immunity for 3s to them. Abilities that stun, slow, daze, knock up, knock back, silence, fear, attract, etc. that hamper him or his abilities reduce the cool down of his ult for 5s for each hit of these abilities.
Cooldown: 200s.
This is my take on another champion. I hope you like him! My inspiration for this was a mix of Udyr and Yi as well as an interesting concept of "Forms" for a weapons master.
