Can Ryze get some love?

As a Ryze player, I am kind of disappointed that he doesn't have a single skin that has different effects for his abilities. Even the new Whitebeard one coming out they are still recycling his old effects. I for one love the Zombie Ryze skin because it just seems more than a recolor. But even with Zombie Ryze, couldn't you add effects like Brand has? like the "Zombie moaning" or the toxic waste footprint or anything?

Any plans to rework his skins or make other effects? I know there is speculation that Faker wants his SKT T1 skin for this year to be Ryze, but anything else going on with Ryze?
