Its just Garen in a gnar onesie. Low tier skin but id like to see a sleepy time skin line where all the champions just get adorable or funny sleep wear.

So......... why on Garen Garen ????? Might as well have that type of skin on Gnar Gnar because he's already adorable and he's technically a baby animal.
