Blood Moon Diana woulda been a perfect and easy Legendary skin when made, but now I want a Legendary skin for her and Leona in a VS event tbh

Legendaries go to those that are going to sell and / or fit the thematic they are working with. We have seen a few lesser ones like Heimer get new Legendaries but it's still a rare thing.
