New Idea for a champion (What if?)

So, I have been thinking of going forward with a new champion idea. I think it is very unique and I have run some calculated tests to see how powerful he would be. My idea for a new champion would be if all Bonus AD was converted into AP and all Critical Strike Chance would increase the AP by the amount he had. I know, I know, that seems broken. But what if he could not gain percent bonus AP? For example: Rabadon's could not give him extra ability power because it would give him percent bonus AP. So rabadon's can only give you 120 Ability Power. Now, lets just say you bought an Infinity Edge. It gives 70 AD at this current time and also gives 20% critical strike chance. So, infinity Edge gives you 84 AP because the AD is converted into AP, and the percent bonus AP is dependent on the Critical Strike Chance you have. Now I know what you are thinking: "What if I went 100% crit and then bought AP items?" Well, its not as broken as you think. Lets say you have an Essence reaver, an Infinity Edge, a Statik Shiv, and a Phantom dancer. Then you get 2 rabadon's, giving you 380 AP. Then you double it. This only gives you 760 AP. This may seem like a lot, but this is highly illogical because nobody would build that due to the low defensive stats and other reasons like CDR and other stuff. Now , another scenario is going full luden's echo. Just, all out, 6 Luden's Echoes and then 20% critical Strike chance for runes. Well, sorry folks, but this only gives you a total of 720 AP. Through my calculations, the highest amount of ability power you can gain at level 18 is 1,070.44 Ability Power will full scaling ability power runes and masteries, 4 rabadons death caps, and an infinity edge and an essence reaver. This is without dragons, baron, or ability power given through abilities or elixirs (cough Veigar cough cough). This build is highly unconventional anyways and is probably only going to be built to say "F*** it, I want as much AP as possible!"

I have ideas on what the abilities may be, and that I think he/she would make a great mage or assassin. One more key point I want to make is the idea of transformation. By this, I mean his/her ultimate being an ability used to transform into a whole different champion. My thought on this is to have one side of his transformation be the Mage who scales on ability power and converts AD into AP and crit chance into bonus AP, and the other side an assassin who converts all AP into AD. The assassin side seems strong, and the idea of have more than a 1000 AD is crazy, but hear me out. This transformation would have a pretty high cooldown unlike Jayce, Nidalee and Elise who have short transforming cooldowns. The transformation would not last long, but long enough for a teamfight, so, I'd say, around 20 seconds and getting longer with each level of his Ult. His Assassin form would have some sort of mobility but not too much. A form of CC, and a main damage ability like a short range ability or an empowered auto. The mage side how ever would have range, but not too much. My idea on short range abilities for this champion is poke. If you can poke your opponent down too much, it would quite easy to kill your opponent if you switched to your assassin form. I think either low range but high damage and medium CC, or High range, low damage and low CC would be a great fit. I would say the skillcap for the mage form would be higher than the Assassin but things can change and are not set in stone.

I have plenty of other ideas coming and being thought of all the time, but they are not a priority for I have school Mon-Fri. I probably didnt think of everything I wanted to write so I will post my ideas I have written down below. If anybody has any questions, comments, concerns, complaint please feel free to comment down below. And as always, have fun summoner.

My notes (Sorry for grammar, I wrote these down on the bus to a Track Meet. Enjoy! :)

-Scales with AP -Bonus AD is converted into AP -crit chance increases the AP on a 1:1 ratio. (highest possible AP was around 850 with no boots and no utility except Luden’s. 20% critical runes were also in play. The build was 4 Luden’s, infinity edge, essence reaver, and 20% critical runes) -Cannot gain percent bonus AP from Items that give percent AP -AP can only be increased percentage wise through critical chance. -Q or E is a thin quick dash which applies on-hit effects. (This skillshot or dash should be short but quick due to the champion being a Mage/Assassin. Maybe his Q should have a low Cooldown but low scaling, almost like Ezreal’s Q. ) -1 Form of CC -2 Forms of range since he is a mage -Maybe his ultimate transform’s him into a mage and then back into an assassin and vice versa.
