What and how many chroma packs are we getting?

Is the plan to currently release a chroma pack for every single skin including classics? Or are there just going to be one pack for each champion that will either be the classic or the unlocked skin? I already assume that they're going to be released over time, not all at once...

Because if there are chroma packs for all of 's skins I will spend the $30 for all of them.

Every champ will have a single pack of three chromas

Check out surrenderat20 for consolidated Red posts on the subject, PBE info, and models and art for Chromas. They keep revealing new ones regularly.

Well seeing that Lucian, Dragon Fist Lee Sin, Blitzcrank, Garen, Pool Party Leona, Fizz, Nemesis Jax are up so far, I'm sure it's safe to say they have a lot of them planned out for most champions/skins.
