[Champion Concept] Troy Deadshot, The Blazing Bandit
I love the "wild west" theme when it comes to anything. Since there is no champion in league of legends that is the stereotypical (did I spell that right?) cowboy, I decided to make one. Keep in mind that this is just a mere concept and I am always open to ideas for helping me improve this champion.
Troy Deadshot is a marskman and adc and if built right, can shred tanks.
Intended Role: Marksman, Fighter Intended Lane: Mid, Bot Primary Bar: Health Secondary Bar: Mana Profession: Criminal
Anyways, I hope that you like my idea! :D
Passive: Marksmanship Basic attacks against champions marks them for 3 seconds. While marked enemy champions take 45% bonus physical damage from Troy's basic attacks and abilities. Effect cannot occur on the same target after mark is complete for 2/1.75/1.5/1.25 seconds at levels 1/6/11/16.
Q: Lasso - Troy throws out a lasso that slows an enemy by 40% for .5/.75/1.0/1.25/1.5 seconds and deals 100/110/120/130/140 (+20% of AD) damage spread over 3 seconds (not per second)
W: Standoff - Troy immediately 3 shots at once dealing a total of 85/95/105/115/125 + (10% of AD) but slows Troy by 10% for .75 seconds
E: Liberation - Passive : When Troy has 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% health he gains 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% movement speed and gains 30% attack speed and this can only happen every 30 seconds (This ability is subject to change)
R: Unload - Troy takes a second to load six piercing rounds into his pistol/rifle. He can then reactivate his R 6 times to shoot six highly damaging skill shot bullets with Marksman's armor penetration. Each bullet does 50/75/100 + (25% Total AD).
Make sure to comment any ideas you have that would improve this champion, and thank you for reading. I will be adding lore soon as well.
Basic Lore Idea (I'm a sucky writer so it's meh)
Troy Deadshot always loved the adrenaline rush of commiting crimes. He commited all kinds of crimes but nothing came close to the "high risk, high reward" that came with thievery. He could not accomplish this task alone however, Troy had a partner named Bruce Conners. They were as close as friends could be. During the early days of their heisting they made two pacts: 1: If one of the two got caught, they wouldn't rat out the other and 2: If one of the two got caught, the other would continue their heisting, in honor of them. They were known for being criminals far and wide for taking whatever they wanted. They robbed cargo ships, stores, houses, banks, you name it. Troy was also known for his accuracy, he could shoot the head of a vulture off from 100 yards away. That's what made the police so afraid to face the duo head on. One day, on a bank job gone wrong, Bruce got shot in the leg and Troy lost his friend to the local authorities. After a month of laying low Troy had realized that Bruce had no plans of ratting him out which meant Bruce kept the pact and Troy would keep his, he would heist until his final breath.
