Can't hear Mafia Jinx VO?

On Sunday I played Mafia Jinx and when I started playing I noticed that Jinx wasn't talking. You could hear her when she used her W and she would say "Pop The Cork!" and stuff like that, but her usual VO I couldn't hear. I have played that skin 3 times since then and every time I play it I still can't hear the voice-over. This is one of my favorite skins, so if you know how to fix this, please let me know how :(
