Dear riot, can we get a 1v1 playlist?

I have played LoL since S4 but ever since I played infinite crisis for a short time, I was always baffled by the fact that League of Legends has no 1v1 playlist. My friends and I enjoy playing them but it would be a lot more fun if I was able to get matched with a random player and compete.

There is definetely no need to make a whole new map because The Howling Abyss is perfect for this playist, it has one lane, health pads, and you cannot back.

Riot tried a 1v1/2v2 mode with Snowdown Showdown. Evidently the community disliked it so much that Riot canceled the planned Magma Chamber map due to the lack of player enthusiasm.
