#Base Statistics
Health: 550 (+90) HP/5: 8 (+0.8 Mana: 384 (+60) MP/5: 8.5 (+0.8) AD: 47.88 (+2.6) AS: 0.625 (+1%) Armor: 24.7 (+3.4) MR: 30 MS: 325 Range: 525
#Passive ##Tranquil Watcher
Reina passively commands Wisps, which interact with her abilities. Wisps have 20% of Reina’s maximum health and spawn with a shield worth 120 (+10*level) (+0.3 AP). Champion damage dealt to Wisp health is also echoed to Reina. If destroyed, they will regenerate after 30/25/20/15 seconds. When out of combat, Wisps will regenerate 10% of their maximum health and shield per second.
Wisps gaining gold and experience will be treated as if Reina herself were there, granting it to her.
Additionally, minions who die while being affected by Reina or her Wisps spawn Wisplings, which last until they are killed, and have half of the stats of the minion that spawned it except for range and movement speed, which are unchanged.
Notes:
- Because of the way in which damage dealt to Wisps is done to Reina, she is not considered to be in combat, nor deactivating the passives of items such as Warmog's Armor. She is, however, able to gain the benefit from passives like Eternity from each Wisp as a result.
#Q ##Nature's Call
After 1 second, deploy a Wisp to target location for up to 20 seconds. Wisps deal 20 (+3 per level) (+0.1 AP) damage every second in an AoE around them. This damage is increased by 50% vs minions. After a minimum deployment period of 2 seconds, Wisps can be recalled early if they are right-clicked.
Reina can also left click Wisps to unleash an energy wave dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+0.5 AP) once every 4 seconds (Wisp specific) (reduced by CDR) and slowing enemies hit by 40% for 1 second. This ability costs 20 mana.
This ability must be taken at level 1.
Radius of AoE: 500 Mana: 20 Cooldown (Wisp specific): 20/16/12/8/4 Range: 3000
Notes:
- Nature's Call is unusable while in the fountain.

#W ##Will O’ the Wisp
Enchant target Wisp, granting it enhanced vision and a long-range single target attack. Attacks deal 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.4 AP) magic damage each and apply a stack of Will o’ the Wisp. At 3 stacks, the target is stunned for 1.5 seconds and cannot be stunned this way for 6 seconds. Against minions, a fully stacked Will o’ the Wisp will instead deal 100/150/200/250/300 in true damage and cause them to spawn 3 Wisplings on death instead of 1. This can only be cast on deployed Wisps, and lasts until it is withdrawn or destroyed. After expiring, this cannot be cast on the same Wisp for a short duration.
Total Vision and AA range: 800 Mana: 60/70/80/90/100 Lock-out duration (Wisp specific) :8 (reducible by CDR) AS: 1 (+5.5% per level)
#E ##Rejuvenation
Heal allied units inside target Wisp area for 15% of their maximum health over 3 seconds, and create a barrier that no enemy can enter for the same duration. Additionally allied minions affected by Rejuvenation deal an extra 5/10/15/20/25 (+0.05 AP) damage on-hit until killed.
Mana: 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 24/23/22/21/20 (Reina specific)
#R ##Purification
Passive: Increase maximum wisp control limit to 4/6/8 and Nature’s Call range to 8000.
Active: Cause target Wisp to become invulnerable and charge up for 1 second. After charging, target Wisp releases a wave of purifying energy, dealing 60 (+0.125 AP) magic damage. If this shock wave hits another Wisp, it will cause it to release it’s own shockwave. Secondary shockwaves deal 60 (+0.125 AP) magic damage to all units hit regardless of distance. Each Wisp can release a maximum of 1 shockwave. Minions take all damage from Purification as true damage.
Cooldown: 150/125/100 Mana: 100

#Extended Lore
“Reina, I'm scared…”, spoke the boy in a voice barely discernible as a whisper. Pressing him closer to her, Reina hugged him protectively. “You don't have to be. They can't...they won't hurt you all the way out here.”
“But...but mother and father...they will come back for us...they will return...right?”, he continued, now whimpering slightly as the rain poured past the upturned root they both took shelter in.
“Of...of course.” Reina spoke convincingly, though she knew that they were almost certainly dead. Still, it would be wise to hide the truth from him...at least for now.
“Didn't Master Vyere say you could help us? Couldn't you ask your Wisp friends to come out and play?”
Reina paused, and pondered his question. The power...should she - would she dare to use it? It was all so new, so unknown to her. Even then her training was far from complete. She looked back at him, his large eyes wide with expectation. “Perhaps later. Now stay here, alright? I'll try and find some food.” Seeing him nod, she left, her light dress gently trailing behind her, the material flowing and shimmering with the wind.
It was not to be. Her brother had always been impetuous, and in her absence had run back to their village...unaware that it was now nothing but smouldering ashes. She had returned to find his body amongst many, though far more untouched, pierced by the shaft of a black arrow. Sinking to despair, knowing that she had nothing more to lose, she called upon the powers that lay within the forest, the Wisps that she had known, had played with, had learned to harness and control by her master, who now lay among the dead. She had surrendered her body, her spirit, her soul, poured the wretched feelings which now gripped her unto them, foretold a future and dire and terrible danger, and they had listened, as they always had. The Wisps, numerous beyond count, an undying force loyal only to her - her will, to the protection of her home and what ideals the Noxians has not shattered. But yet, even then, they implored her to not fight, bringing her many images, scenes of harsh devestation, of indiscriminate destruction, but, most of all, images of her alone with her brother. For they had found his spirit, and it took a powerful toll on her. Reina herself couldn't believe it at first, looking past it as if for some illusion, questioning it. “You...you aren't my brother. He's...dead. I...buried him. I…I” Reina held back her tears, tried to, fighting for inner strength, but yet she succumbed as heavy drops poured down her face, unwilling to finish her sentence. “I...failed. In everything. To protect you, to protect our family, to protect the village we lived in. I...I can't just let this pass. There has something...justice of a sort, vengeance in the name of the dead. I...I...I wield all this power and yet, I have never felt so powerless ever before. Not when I was young, not when anything else happened. Why me? Why now?”
The image spoke to her, calm and relaxing in her brother's voice. “It doesn't matter. You...you don't have to harness the power, to use it to kill and destroy. You could leave, Run far, far away. Somewhere they could never find you.”
Reina was distraught, her mind racing. “I...I could have. I wanted to. If you had told me yesterday, the day before that, a couple of hours ago even, I would have said yes, and fled among the trees. I could have lived to an ancient age, perhaps forever, with the power I wield. I could still do this now. But...but I cannot live with myself. You...you above all bound me to this world, this morality, this sense that we can only react to what occurs to us, that instigation is the highest crime. But it is not. It has come to pass. It must. I cannot stand by, not while I wield this power. I cannot permit the recreation of our tragedy, our failing, for it has happened far too many times already. I refuse to do it. I cannot stand by no longer."
"I will not yield to the siren's call of peace while the eagle screams for war. For to do so would be to betray every tenet, every bit of understanding I developed. It is impossible. To be a bystander when there are so much things to do, to fix, to heal. The core concept, it's tenets are inherently flawed. There can be no resolution, no diplomacy. I will not permit your fate to be spread to countless others. How many of us have died already? How many would die. This is a stand that must be taken, and yet too few of those who could will do it, for they have been taken, either by the corrupt ideals of peace, of the idea, the concept of harmony and coexistence. It is an outdated system in a changing world. I subscribe to it no longer, for it must be brought down."
"Realisation must dawn upon the masses, such that they understand that to not fight, is to die. And yet, I will do my part to shatter those who have brought so much pain to me, to you, to us. They cannot be permitted to escape intact, for they have indulged themselves, spread crimes, and instigated horrors. They have created a debt writ in blood, a debt which must be repaid. And if they cannot pay or have paid incorrectly then those who are closest shall pay. Because it is how we have paid. How you have paid. How I have paid and suffered as a result. It is improper that they shall be let off, that they are able to escape the loops of their own morality as it is inherently wrong."
"There is a price to every action which must be fulfilled. Do not falter, do not fail, for you have suffered for this. Even if you haven't, I have suffered in your place. Think of the others, everyone else. What of Reese the Blacksmith? What justice is his? What of his children, all eight of them? Do they ask for reconciliation, or do they seek retribution for their unjust and untimely deaths? They are unwilling to come to terms, to submit to the consequences of their actions, and thus it shall be made as such. There is nothing they can do to escape it, unless those who possess the power to revert this do nothing as a result."
"I will not stand by as so many of our 'leaders' have. There is nothing to stop me, the power, the strength that can right a wrong so devious, so treacherous, so...vexatious. It will not end until they learn to fear who we are, not ony as a society, but as individuals. The powers they have unleashed thus far, for it is not just mine, are vast and great against their perceieved 'strength'. They have awakenedthe sleeping giant, and yet the giant is at war with itself. Where is the glory in that? Glory is that which is taken from others. To right the natural order so perverted by the evil Noxian threat. We cannot hope, wish to stand alone, for they outnumber us – but numbers are nothing when you are infinite."
"Defeat – at the hands of one such as them – it is not mere submission but the death of who we are, our identity, our individuality. The goodness, the light that must stand against the darkness of the world they threaten to bring to bear. We are the idealogues, those innocent and free amongst a world swallowed by corruption. They are slaves to a greater evil, to an impenetrable evil, who understands only their own twisted lies, and to submit is to die. Do not die. To be a slave in a world where once was freedom is the greatest fall, that which can never be truly avenged or returned to. To have you...to have you for even a moment more...that is what I desire. You...by my side."
Her brother's spirit blinked, a single tear. His voice, a whimper. “I…I didn't know you felt...so...strongly...for...m-me.”
She moved to embrace him, and held him tight. Reina could feel him as if he were there in person, rather than a spirit animated by Wisps. It was only when she turned to look away that she could see him fading, his spirit weakening.
“W-what's happening?”, she asked, her tone full of shock.
“It...it appears...well...the Wisps….they can't sustain me f-for too long. Not If they wish to persevere.”
She could see the Wisps struggling to maintain his form, the fulfillment for his life energy draining their own. Were she more selfish, she would have left it so...but she could not. For they would always be there, to guard the forests...the land from the all-consuming maw of the Noxians war machine, to spare those that could from the flame...to avenge those that had fallen...to take up the charge of those who had been betrayed by those who still preached peace and reconciliation when it had come to total war. The pacifists...they had left the armies unarmed and unprepared, the border regions defenseless and villages like the ones Reina inhabited paid the dearest price. It would only be fair to recoup her share. There would be no forgiveness. The time for talk was far over, for the enemy understood only might and fire and fury.
And she had brought fire and fury upon them, the invaders. They had tried to run, to hide amongst the trees, to flee anywhere that they could but it was to no avail. They fell by the score, the hundred, until, at the end of the day almost a thousand had laid dead. There had been no mercy, no remorse, for Reina had had nothing to lose, not then - not now. They had died cowering, fighting, yet it didn't matter, for there was nothing to lose. They had brought the gift of death to her...those she cared about. They had wreaked terrible havoc unto the peace and prosperity she has enjoyed, ripped and torn at everything, anything that remained of her old life...and they would be repaid, a hundred, a thousand fold, in blood. And at the end of it all, her brother, would be there to greet her. He would never truly leave her, always, by her side.
Reina brought herself back to the present. It's no use living in the past, she thought, though to forget what has occurred...those who have suffered at the hands of their lessers, that is the true crime. She watched from high above a hill, it's facade covered only by a lonely tree, though it was thickly wooded and leafed, a small stream running past. It was tranquil, a position from which one could observe the world, peering through the eyes of her wisps, hidden in the trees. A division...banners...columns of men…she could sense it, feel it, from a thousand sources, all as one. She made a mental command, signaling them to move in, to fight...to kill. Reina could see, feel the wisps descend as one, tearing into them, the armor shredding as the wisps pulsed energy, shattering them. It was over in seconds.Reina looked down, wondered if there was anything...anything that she could have done different...to save, to spare...to change the way it had unfolded, but no. It was the only way. It had to be.
As the sun broke ovre the hollow ridge, she found her brother, frolicking by the stream, dancing in and out of the water. And as she watched him, glowing with life, she looked and saw the peace that had broken upon the once turbulent valley. There would a time when it would fade - when sustaining him would prove too much. But it would not be this day.
