Any chance of GP skin sales?

Hello out there skin concept board. With the new GP update around the corner I was seriously considering getting one of the GP skins because... you know... pirates! (Shocking right, I know).

It occurred to me there might be some sort of upcoming sale connected to his rework much like there was for Sion.

Anyone know if this is a possibility or should I just go for it?

P.S. if it doesn't already say somewhere skins should list what's different about them like how Katey posts whether they have new recalls/particles and all that, but right there on the buy skins screen.
