Krull, the Dragonling
Krull starts the game as a fragile little whelp, but eventually scales into a tanky carry with strong nuke and persistant damage. Build him as an AP nuker, a durable melee carry, or a straight up tank to suit your needs.

Passive: Immolate While in combat, enemy units within 200 units take 15 magic damage per second. Basic attacks cause the target to take immolate damage for the next 5 seconds, regardless of their distance from Krull.
This effect does not stack with Sunfire Cape, Cinderhulk, or Bami's Cinder.
Each time Krull ages, immolate gains 200 range and 15 damage per second.
Whelp Q: Sputter 12 second CD Krull does his best, sending a handful of embers in a 300 range semicircle in front of him. Enemies in the area take 35/50/65/80/95 (+.15 AP) magic damage and are burned by immolate for 3 seconds.
Krull is exhausted after this feat, and silences himself for 1.5 seconds.
Adolescent Q: Spark 11 second CD Krull is getting the hang of it, firing a cluster of sparks up to 650 units. The cluster explodes on contact or at its max range. Enemies hit take 50/70/90/110/130 (+.2 AP) magic damage and are burned by immolate for 3 seconds.
Drake Q: Firebolt 8 second CD Krull has harnessed the fire inside him, and can now fire a bolt of fire up to 800 units in a line, exploding at max range or when it hits a champion. Enemies who come within 200 units of the bolt take 50/70/90/110/130 (+.2 AP) magic damage, and enemies who touch it directly take an extra 50 (+.15 AP). All enemies damaged are burned by immolate for 3 seconds.
Elder Q: Herald Flame 5 second CD (Toggle) Krull unleashes the fires of the end times, shooting a continuous arc of fire to the location of your cursor. Enemies within 200 units of the arc or 400 units of the blast take 100/115/130/145/160 (+.3 AP) magic damage per second, while enemies in the blast zone take 50% bonus damage and are slowed by 25%.
While firing, your movement is slowed by 50%. Alt-right click to slowly move the blast zone.
After 2 second of firing, Herald Flame costs 7.5% of Krull's maximum health per second of channeling. Reactivate to cancel.
W: Take Wing 18 second CD Krull takes to the skies, flying a ways and dealing magic damage to units beneath him over 2.5 seconds. Whelp: 350 range, 30/40/50/60/70 (+.1 AP), cannot cross terrain. Adolescent: 600 range, 50/70/90/110/130 (+.2 AP), cannot cross terrain. Drake: 900 range, 70/90/110/130/150 (+.3 AP). Elder: 1200 range, 100/115/130/145/160 (+.35 AP).
As an Elder, enemies within 350 units of your landing spot take 90/120/150/180/210 (+.1 HP) physical damage and are slowed by 50% for 2.5 seconds.
E: Rest/Gnash When out of combat, this ability is Rest 25 second CD (After waking up) Put yourself to sleep for 5 seconds, healing yourself for 2/3/4/5/6% your maximum health each second and gaining damage reduction. Whelp: 10% Adolescent: 20% Drake: 30% Elder: 70% Being woken up stops the healing and slows you by 30% for 2.5 seconds, but the damage reduction will always persist for 2.5 seconds after you wake.
While in combat, this ability is Gnash 8 second CD (separate CD from Rest) Viciously bite a target enemy, dealing physical damage, applying on hit effects, disabling, and cleansing yourself of slows. Whelp: 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.5 AD) physical damage, 20% slow for 1 second. Adolescent: 35/50/65/80/95 (+.65 AD) phsical damage, 30% slow for 2 seconds. Drake: 50/80/110/140/170 (+.8 AD) physical damage, ministun and 50% slow for 2 seconds. Elder: 80/120/160/200/240 (+1.1 AD) physical damage, 1 second stun and 80% slow for 1 second.
If Gnash is used within 2.5 seconds of being woken up early, its damage is increased by 25%.
R: Creature of Legend 300 second CD, no cost Passive: Ranking up this spell grants a charge of power. Krull can put points into this ability at levels 8, 13, and 18 instead of the normal levels. Active: Put yourself to sleep for 6.5 seconds. After this time elapses, one charge is consumed and Krull ages, permanently increasing his base stats, upgrading some abilities, and unlocking new ones.
If Krull takes damage or is disabled while sleeping, this spell is put on 10% CD without consuming a charge.

Krull's progression is as folllows:
Whelp > Adolescent > Drake > Elder
Upon becoming an Elder, this spell is replaced.
Elder R: The End Times 100 second CD For the next 10 seconds, fireballs will rain down globally. A fireball will strike each 600x600 area on average once every 2.5 seconds. Champions struck take 150 (+.15 AP) true damage, half initially and half over 1.5 seconds.
Fireballs strike in a 200 radius and are visible one second before they land.
If Krull is striking a structure, the fire will aid in burning it down, striking it once every 2.5 seconds for 50% damage.
Additionally, Immolate gains global range for the duration of this spell, and deals 50% bonus damage to enemies who are within its normal range.
