Champion Concept: Alucard, the Blade and Hand of the Arcane

> - So in my spare time and with my love for assassins and mobility, I created this concept for just that.

  • Alucard is made to be a quick champion with sustain and damage for jungle buffs, as well as having a dynamic play style that can make or break every fight.
  • Alucard is a melee based class with little range on any of his abilities, as long as you don't factor in his gap closing capabilities. He uses much of both types of damage, those being Ability Power and Attack Damage.

Passive: Time and Energy Whenever Alucard lands an auto attack, all cool downs (except Master of the Arcane Sword) are reduced by 1 second. In addition, for every 7 Ability Power built, Alucard gains 1 additional Attack Damage.

Q: Arcane Blast Alucard releases some of his energy, launching arcane missiles at all who oppose him in an area around himself. Minions take only 66% damage. Damage: 80/100/120/140/160 (+40% Ability Power) Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cool down: 7 Seconds

W: Methodical Madness Alucard preforms and attacks differently with this ability, based on what he has done previously. (Resets to “Standalone” after 2 seconds of disuse) Q: Ripping a piece of the souls out from the victims of “Arcane Blast,” Alucard leashes and pulls out their life, giving it to himself while dealing damage. E: Alucard slices twice at the victim of “Eradicate,” first slowing the target by 30% for 3 seconds with his residual magic, and after the second hit, opposers around the target are given a 20% slow for 2 seconds. Standalone: Cleaving at enemies in front of him, Alucard applies grievous wounds and inflicts damage and applying on hit effects. **Damage: ** Q: 90/115/140/165/190 (+50% Ability Power) E: 45/55/65/75/85 (+35% Ability Power) (+40% Attack Damage) Standalone: 70/100/130/160/190 (+70% Attack Damage) Cost: 90 Cool down: 12 Seconds

E: Eradicate Launching himself forward, Alucard stabs at his target, should there be one, and leaves behind ravenous magic in their body for 7 seconds. If that target is to die within those few moments, a shockwave of energy is released and damages all enemies in an area around said target that is proportionate to the target’s maximum health. This effect can stack. Damage: 30/50/70/90/100 (+20% Ability Power) (+30% Attack Damage) % of Maximum Health as Damage: 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Cool down: 15 Seconds

R: Master of the Arcane Sword Alucard leaps into the air and crashes down after a short delay and spins in an arc with his sword outward at a selected area and dealing damage in that area, as well as resets all of his other cooldowns. If Alucard hits an enemy champion with this ability, he steals a portion of their Attack Damage and Ability Power for a short time. This effect can stack up to 3 times (hitting more than 3 champions will only give you the bonus for hitting 3). Damage: 150/250/350 (+90% Attack Damage) % of Powers Stolen: 5/10/15% Duration: 3/5/7 seconds Cost: 100/120/140 Cool down: 130/120/110 seconds

> - So in conclusion, Alucard is meant to be a hybrid assassin with gap closing, high burst and sustain for laning phases and team fighting. What he lacks is crowd control, considering he only has a single slow, and range, disregarding his gap closers.
