Like, skins that are references, jokes, or funny. All the new skins are really serious. Some of these skins I am talking about are: Big bad Warwick, Urf the Manatee, Monarch Kog'Maw, Urfrider Corki, Cottontail Teemo, Lollipoppy, etc.
Some of the new ones are Dino Gnar, and perhaps Dunkmaster Darius, but there aren't that many Do you have any ideas for some?
They literally, LITERALLY, just released Dunkmaster Darius. It doesn't get much more of a "joke" skin than that.

Ideas: Neon Evelynn (Eve needs a skin bad, and seeing her pop out of stealth with tons of neon colors might be funny.) I actually think they have a pretty good spread of serious and joke skins. Some people like one style, others like the other. You're right that it's been a while since they've released a non-serious skin (prior to dunkmaster, at least). But I still think they're not off in terms of balance here.
