Uhhh doesn't he always lifts his helmet up before speaking?
@Sneak Dog Perhaps you can use one of the emote commands to take off/put on the helmet, changing his voice filter. Similar to Night Hunter Rengar's toggleable hood, Neon STrike Vi's toggleable Goggles, and Heimerdinger's toggleable walking animation.
