There is a lot of consideration into balancing a game, and not every change is right for every person. Personally I think Master Yi is overpowered, and I play him a TON in Teambuilder. He can gap close with q, stack damage with e, and heal with w, chase and kill with r relentlessly.

Today I was counterjungled by a Vi at level 2, and there was nothing I could do the rest of the game with J4. Now I was new with J4 and this Vi was definitely not new with Vi, so much for matchmaking balance on Teambuilder right?

Nextly we have the idea of "smurfing" or "noobing" rather. I make a new account, I go into a pvp game and wreck the enemy team for 200 games. Now I have an easy 200 wins or 40,000 IP. Well I just built 3 Tier 3 rune pages and put in nearly no effort.... IP address association with accounts, linked into server, requiring a CPU serial number from the computers BIOS preventing people from creating new accounts when banned, and new accounts when they want easy wins, also will prevent "smurfing/noobing" for Refer a Friend. Also destroys the Illegal account selling that occurs on the internet, because average joe will not have access to 10+ computers on a daily basis.

Ranked Draft Idea: Champion Pool. Each player chooses 2 champions for their team. Each Team bans 3 Champions. Each Team has 8 pickable champions.

Less Counterplays, More team composition, More Strategy (I believe this was what the DEV team wanted was more strategy less button clicking)

Summoner Spell Changes: Ignite having greivous wounds is a little overbearing and contributes to way too many first bloods. Heal will only give you 35* health back under an ignite. That is 1 Auto-Attack. Flash is the #1 picked spell in League of Legends, followed by ignite, ehaust, teleport, heal and ghost. Personally I think flash needs to be removed. In another column we have seen the Flash helps fight mobility champions, NO they take flash, and are even more unchasable/killable. Ideally think of the item Righteous Glory; speeds up allies toward turrets. new trinket/gold income: Wayfarers Token - when chasing enemy champion movement speed is increased by 10%, when enemy champion is below 30% health the movement speed is increased to 20%. If the item idea is a no go here is a couple of things we can still say: Ghostblade, Talisman of Ascension, Boots of Swiftness. HIGHER COOLDOWNS ON MOVEMENT RELATED SKILLS.

I know the community will frown upon a fw of the ideas here, but Flash has a lot to do with kills and retreats and could be removed for balance reasons on the terms of strategical gaming rather than i hit (q w e r d f)

Uh, what happens if the team jungler picks Lee Sin and J4 as their two champions, and both are banned? Do they just not get to play a champion or are they relying on their teammates to pick a third option just in case theirs are banned?

Lee sin can be played top, j4 top, vi top, ect, its the idea of team composition, your team can think largely about champion selection this way, the most common bans at my elo are ahri, zed, akali, yasuo, blitzcrank. with the jungle changes, almost any champion can jungle now. I'm just shooting the wind with fresh bullets.
