Trebor reworked

Trebor: The Librarian of Eons By: Leachim Kcorruts Run Down: I plan for Trebor to be an AP Caster who can deal considerable damage and provide decent support while being balanced out through squishiness and lack of mobility.

Back Story: “It has been years since I last stepped upon Rune Terra hasn't it Tessa” said the small cloaked figure petting his gray tabby cat. “I wonder what I missed?” The small figure was only about 4 feet in hight and looked like a small child with a long, blond, and well stroked beard that matched his blond curly mustache. Three of the five cats that provided him company fallowed him, a ginger green eyed one named Rusty, The gray tabby with a peculiar M on it's forehead named Tessa, and a pudgy black cat with a white tuft of fur named Jerry. “Whats that?” The small man picked up a book and began to write down what he saw. A large city full of beautiful technological advancement. Soon a man with a bag that had a strange symbol ran by the small man followed by a woman with really large metal gloves and another who wore a large hat and carried a strange contraption. “What is this, I must know more” So he followed the woman in the large hat who knelt down and looked through some looking glass on the machine she carried. The small man went up to her and said “Hello my name is Trebor, I am wondering what are you doing-” He was cut off as the woman said “I'm busy right now, please don't disrupt me” then she got back into her previous position. “But I was, I mean...” She obviously was trying to ignore him so Robertson left to talk to the woman with the large hands and said “Hello my name is-” the woman cut him off and said “Get out of the way pipsqueak!” then looked at him funny and asked “How are you keeping up?” Trebor did notice he was moving quite quickly to keep up with her as well as the large amounts of ruble “Don't worry about that, anyways what are you-” she interrupted him again “Look Caitlyn says I'm not supposed to punch idiots so could you stop bothering me, I'm trying to focus on my job!” With only one source of information left Roberson went to talk to the running man. “excuse me what are you doing sure” the man looked at Trebor with some form of surprise “I'm robbing a bank, what does it look like!” the man was running fast but some of these paths looked familiar, ignoring that and going back to the man “Why, is this a game, a test of skill?” The man seemed so surprised by the question he fell over. When Trebor stopped he saw the woman with the large gloves beating on him, obviously she was angry. “Did this man do something to you that made him have to rob the Bank” The Woman looked over at the tall hat woman who appeared “This guy ended up making Sublowskee hear run in circles, you talk to him and I'll get a confession” The large hatted woman seemed a little more patient hear “Trebor right? my name is Caitlyn, you helped us catch this criminal, what would you like for your aid?” Trebor was so exited, but he knew what he wanted “I want a tour of the city, I want to see what Rune Terra has for me to record” Caitlyn looked intrigued, she then raised her long contraption and said “My treat.” He learned so much about this place, and many cities beyond the borders. After the long tour and obvious change he decided to stay and live in Piltover where he runs a small library and helps stop other criminals.

“I remember a time where Yordles attacks were the leading cause of death of the world, you of course still are.” Trebor to Teemo while touring Vandal City.

Physical Description: Small 4.5 with shaggy light brown hair, curly mustache and beard, and blue eyes.

Mental Description: Chirpy, Oddly Positive, Curious, and rarely in a bad mood.

Abilities

Passive: Feline Effect: Every 15 seconds (Flat rate, no modifier) One of Trebor's cats is attracted to Trebor. He can select one of the cats to add different effects to each spell based on the cat that is used. Max of 3 cats in a line. Rusty is a ginger colored Male with green eyes, Tessa is a gray tabby Female who has a peculiar patch of fur that makes an M on her forehead with green eyes, Jerry is black with a white Male tuft on his chin and is quite pudgy with blue eyes, Tonk is black and white cow pattern Male with a muscular build and Yellow eyes, and Ozzy who has a brown tabby fur on top and a white fur on the bottom, Male who is also blind but wears pink tinted reading glasses anyways.

Reasoning: I feel that this is the heart of the kit, providing surprise effects to each spell. Playing Trebor will require you to micro manage your cats so that you can get the best effects from your spells.

Q: Magic Book Throw Attack: Throws a book in a straight line (Range: 620 Long 140 Wide) dealing 190/210/230/250/270 (+.80 AP) Physical Damage. A cat may find itself on a book and provide one of the fallowing bonus effects.

Rusty: First Enemy Champion hit will take 10% of the damage dealt as Magic damage for 2 sec/3 sec/4 sec/5 sec/6 sec.

Tessa: The spell will bounce off the First enemy hit up to 5/5/6/6/7 times (Range:310) dealing 3% less damage to each target after the first.

Jerry: The spell will deal 25% less Damage but will also stun the first enemy hit for 1 sec/1.5 sec/2 sec/2.5 sec/3 sec.

Tonk: The spell will add 50% to the Base Damage and 10% to the scaling but will have a bonus 5 seconds on the spells Cooldown.

Ozzy: The Spell deals no initial damage but will mark the target hit with Ozzy for 5 seconds making the next spell that deals damage to the target deal double the damage (DoT Damage spells do not consume the Mark).

Mana Cost: 120/160/200/240/280 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Reasoning: This spell is the most powerful damage dealer of the kit allowing a broad form of damage effects, whether it's the AoE of Tessa, the mark from Ozzy, or any of the other cats, this spell will have varying effects while still focusing on damage output.

W: Circle Runner: Target champion (Range: 310) is marked with a teleportation spell that after 3 seconds will send them back to the spot where they were marked. Enemy champions will be slowed by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35% (+1% for every 200 units moved after being marked) for 5 seconds. One of the cats may sit at the portal point adding a bonus effect.

Rusty: Marked Target will not be slowed upon teleporting back but instead will trigger an explosion that will deal 135/145/155/165/175 (+.60 AP) Magic damage to all enemy units in range of where he returns (Range: 385)

Tessa: If target is an enemy champion, that champion will spread the effect to all other nearby (Range: 340) enemy units when he teleports back. Allies will have a 20% Movement Speed buff for the duration.

Jerry: If target is an enemy champion, they will be rooted in place after teleporting for 3.5 seconds. If they are an ally they will gain 10% Armour and MR for the duration.

Tonk: Target enemy champion will be slowed twice as much as he would be after teleporting but for only half the time. Allies will gain 20% AP and AD for the duration.

Ozzy: Target enemy champion will will not suffer a slow on returning to target location but will instead have 3 seconds before teleporting to the spot where they were teleported from before the first teleportation and then receiving the slow.

Mana Cost: 90/110/130/150/170 Cooldown: 16/4/14/12/10 seconds

Reasoning: This doubles as displacement and a disengage before a fight, also the cats still add many other uses if used correctly and creatively. You have to get really close though so be careful.

E: Purrrfect spell: Trebor will throw one of his cat in a straight line adding an effect based on the cat (Range: 455). You can click on an open area to make Trebor throw himself to target location, this will also happen if you have no cats.

Rusty: If the first champion hit is an enemy champion (Range: 510 Long 85 Wide), that champion will take 130/150/170/190/210 (+1 AP) magic damage. If it is an ally, that target will instead gain a damage buff to their basic attack equal to 40% of Trebor's AP for 10 seconds

Tessa: Tessa will bounce off the first champion hit (Range: 555 Long 85 Wide) towards another champion up to 4 times (Range:270), healing allies by 100/140/180/220/260 (+.5 HP) health points and damaging enemy champions by 100/130/160/190/220 (+.7 AP)

Jerry: Jerry will grow tremendously and plop down in target location (Range: 450) dealing 80/100/120/140/160 physical damage (+.55 AP) and knocking all units in ranged away (Range: 290) from Jerry's landing location except for enemy champions in the middle (Range: 200), who will be crushed into the ground, rooting them in for 1/1.5/1.5/2/2.5 seconds.

Tonk: First enemy champion hit (Range: 510 Long 85 Wide) will take 150/200/250/300/350 (+ .6 AP) physical damage but will increase the cool down of the spell by 20%. Target ally will instead gain a shield equal to 30% your health that last's until destroyed.

Ozzy: First enemy champion hit is healed for 90/100/110/120/130 (+.7 AP) (Range:540 Long 85 Wide), after 5 seconds that champion will take damage equal to 110%/120%/130%/140%/150% the amount he has been healed including any health gain after the initial heal (Potions, Life steal, Soraka ults >=D). Mana Cost: 100/100/200/200/300 Cooldown: 18/17/15/13.5/13 seconds Reasoning: While it can be used as a way to apply damage or support allies, this is also the only form of mobility you have, and it's high cool down will have to make you use it wisely.

R: Cattastrafy: You can target an additional cat within your line to add it's effect to the next spell you cast. Example: Q+Tessa+Ozzy= The spell will bounce of the first champion hit up to 5/5/6/6/7 times dealing 3% less damage to each target after the first then will mark the target with Ozzy for 5 seconds making the next spell that deals damage to the target deal double the damage (DoT damage spells do not consume the mark). You can only add one other effect to a spell. After using a second cat the next cat will take 40/30/20 seconds to appear. Cost: 90 Mana, Cooldown: 100/95/90 seconds Reasoning: This is the pinnacle of power within the kit. You can create amazing finishing attack that can have amazing effects while adding an increase in the time before your next cat. So make it count

Oh but moody girls and glittery boys are?!” Ozzy: “All aboard, who's laughing?” “See that Ozzy, this is the Internet, and it's all yours”
