He'd be perfect candidate for a snow day skin. Think about it, he's got plenty of CC and his kit, and his signature item is .

Appearance wise, he'd be white with some light blue highlights. Instead of spines, he'll have icicles on his back.

His stars will be much brighter and instead of whispy trails, the trail can be sparkles. Like thousands of tiny shimmering ice shards.

His Q will send out a small snowstorm that grows into a raging blizzard. Enemies struck will be frozen in ice.

His E, instead of a commet, can have a rainbow-like effect around it. So when he flies he looks like an aurora borealis.

His ult will let out a gust of wind and snow. Instead of the usual effect that circles enemies when they're slowed, they'll leave a trail of ice crystals as they walk.
