[Champion Concept]Zane The Prince of Voltage

Zane is an AP Caster duelist in the mutant line (Sylla and Marcus .) that relies on skillful execution of skills to deal the bulk of his damage.Though I'm not confident where he would be most popular, but i expect he will be played in the mid lane.

APPEARANCE If you noticed, I didn't put this section in my other 2 concepts, Sylla and Ace, but that's because I wasn't particularly picky about how they looked, besides a street vibe Zane has blonde hair and wears a blue hoodie. His hands are wrapped like a street fighter's would be. Thinking about it, he would look like Brofresco(he's awesome, check him out if you haven't) For the debut skin, I was thinking that Sandstorm would fit well

Zane is around Ekko 's age, and during the time of Ajuna's death, he was raiding Viktor's workshop for parts to complete Ajuna's secret project. He then helped Ekko complete Ace After DrMundo altered his genetics, he became able to charge and exert electrical charges. Though he considered going to Piltover to find a cure, he was more focused an reigning in Jinx , whom he's had a crush on for as long as he's known her. He is the younger brother of Sylla, both of whom joined the street gang when they were young (Zane:2 Sylla:8)

KIT Melee Mutant Energy (restores some when a unit is killed, every couple AA, and upon visiting the shop.NO REGEN.)

PASSIVE : Static Charge While moving, stacks of the passive are built up, maxing at 100 Basic attack consume 50 stacks, dealing bonus damage 30 -> 100 (+75% AD)

Q : Numbing Blow Charges up a ranged basic attack, dealing bonus magic damage and slowing target by 25% 40/50/60/70/80 (+50% AP) Slow duration : 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds

W : Surge Deals magic damage in a line For the next couple seconds, Zane can cast a second bolt, but this one has a cast time If both land, the second bolt deals increased damage Each bolt that lands adds a stack of ZAP to the target. Abilities that hit the target consume all stacks, increasing damage dealt by a % per stack 50/65/80/95/110 (+75% AP) per bolt second bolt deals 30/40/60/90/130 (+30% AP) Stacks add 5/10/15/20/25% bonus damage

E : Voltage Zone While active, Zane deals magic damage in an area around him and constantly takes mutant energy His passive charges up constantly while active 10/30/50/70/90 (+5% AP) per second

R : Ultimate Discharge Targets a unit a deals a ton of damage to the target unit over a few seconds and a portion of that damage in a line between Zane and his target To prevent accidentally clicking a minion, it can only be cast on boss monsters and champions 6/5/4 seconds 100/200/400 (+90% AP)

Is there any reason to ever turn your E off unless your towerdiving; it seems odd that it isn't described has having a cooldown or any cost. Maybe make it disable movement.
