I noticed Brand is a immobile mage that does massive damage. While this is true, it seems he has very long cool downs that may set him back a few steps during 1v1 situations. I was thinking that his passive should stack on itself, or overlap to somehow to make opponents really "feel the burn" for getting hit with multiple fire spells. Just thought I'd see what the community had to say about this idea. Please let me know.

He doesn't need it and a change in that direction would push him even further over the edge. It was commonly accepted that Brand was extremely balanced for a lot of reasons:

Ok, I just thought I would ask, no need for sarcasm. That's whats wrong with the league community today.... Thanks for the responses though, I don't play Brand often so I must not be good enough with him to know he was already in a good spot.
