Abilities


Passive: Free Fists After a cc effect on Qazi ends he gains 25-50% bonus movement speed for a brief time and cc immunity for the duration. 1 second from soft cc and 2 seconds from hard cc. 45-15 second cooldown. Getting hit by cc while on cooldown lowers the remaining cooldown by 5 seconds.


Q: Spirit Arm | CD 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 | Cost 40/45/50/55/60 When basic attacking Qazi uses an additional arm from his back to attack as well, dealing an additional 20/35/50/65/80+(30/32.5/35/37.5/40%Bonus AD) bonus Physical damage and applying on-hit effects twice. Lasts 3 seconds.


W: 8 Palm Shield | CD 12/11/10/9/8 | Cost 50/55/60/65/70 Qazi Dashes 200 units and then puts all of his hands in a prayer formation, granting a shield for 40/60/80/100/120+(8/9/10/11/12% Max Health) that lasts 2 seconds and roots enemies who hit him for 0.5 seconds.


E: Judgement Call | CD 28/26/24/22/20 | Cost 80/90/100/110\120 | Range 500 | Radius 300 Qazi slams down a giant bell of light in an area, snaring all enemies hit for 1 second and interrupting channels. The bell stays for 5 seconds.

Units may basic attack the bell, causing a wave to damage all enemies in the area for 10/20/30/40/50+(15%AD, 15% AP) Magic damage, and apply a 10/12/14/16/18% slow to all enemies that lasts 2 seconds and stacks. Reaching 100% slow stuns enemies for 2 seconds. 400 aoe. Spirit Arm applies 2 hits to the bell.


R: Serrated Spin | CD 150/130/110 | Cost 125/135/145 Qazi charges up a devastating flaming spin for up to 3 seconds, using a sword in each of his 8 hands. Traveling 300-1,000 units and dealing 100/175/250+(60%AD, 50% AP) Physical damage. Up to 100% increased damage at full charge for 200/350/500+(120% AD, 100% AP) physical damage. 0.5-2.5 second charge ratio. Qazi is immune to cc during the spin. 225 aoe on spin.

Hitting Judgement Call with this ability will instantly trigger the stun.

R is a fairly risky move, as you might fly into the enemy team with no brakes.

Can't believe you actually have a concept that has no comments...

Fun fact, the word on those beads means "fire" in Chinese (probably in japanese too, but I don't know japanese xP)


His passive is very interesting. It seems a bit too strong though, since at the end of the day the simpliest counter is "cc him." Miner slows will besically be ignored by him and becomes a buff instead. He is the ultimate counter to nasus if you ask me.

I actually suggest moving that dash on his q to his w. His q alone is already quite strong (especially combined with his e). When someone dashes at someone else's face, their reaction will be to aa him/her, making his w itself a great synergy. Another reason is that his w has a slightly higher cd, and considering how well Qazi counters cc, giving him mobility might backfire a bit.

Is his r directional? Or can he control his movement after charging? The damage is also kinda low (unless you meant that damage per second). To be honest, I don't think this is the best ult for Qazi. He is extremely unique with his passive and e, but giving him a garen like ability... is somewhat making him less than he could be (especially since you designed it ;) Giving him some fire theme might be cool because of the art and all that.


By the way can you give some suggestions for this concept? It is the armored mage that is op lol.

When I look at my own concepts, it is harder to "balance" it.

He kind of looks like those animals in noxus, but not really. Maybe an ancient animal in Ionia?
