We're still waiting for Dragonmaster Swain, what chance is there for this?

Apparently Swain is still on the list to receive skins, so we may get something. It just won't be DM. I just want something this year.

I love the idea but I would change it a bit, instead of his R turning him into a bird like it does in his other skins, I say it should make him grow some big beautiful wings and have him be swarmed by orbs of light (kinda like Arclight Varus W marks) instead of birds, or just make it like white birds instead of black :P
