#Appearance The above picture is purely to give you a slight idea of what she looks like. The only thing that's really accurate about that picture is the hair style.

#lore "Welcome to the city of progress, Piltover. A place where Magic and Technology meet in holy marriage... leaving everything that's not either of those things behind in the dust..." ~ Lacey, the Psychokinetic

Lacey is a downtrodden girl with an unusual ability. At a young age, she was outcast because her strange ability to move things with her mind. Many mages inspected her over the course of her childhood, and they concluded two things:

  1. Her powers were not, in fact, magic.

  2. She was a freak of nature.

Like many other young freaks in the city of progress, she took to the life of crime, using her unique abilities to steal from those she considered to have wronged her all her life - the hard working citizens of Piltover.

In her late teens, she was approached by Victor, who filled her head with ideas of how her powers were great, and how she was a wonderful being. He tried to convince her to move to Zaun, to let him expirement on her - to find a cure, he said.

Vi, wary of Victor's presence in Piltover, and familiar with Lacey from her days as a criminal, informed her of Victor's true goal - to discover what exactly caused her unique abilities, and reproduce it through technology at a mass-produced level.

Sorry for the girl, Vi told her of the league of legends, a place where she could prove to everyone once and for all the one solid truth that echoed out of her heart.

"Neither magic nor technology matter in this world. They're titles given to tools. What matters is who you are."

#Role She can be played as a Midlaner, but would do much better as a support. She focuses heavily on repositioning both enemies and allies, as well as breaking down tanks.

#Moveset

Basic attack: Lacey tosses a stone at her enemy Crit attack: Lacey hurls a stone at her enemy with a telekinetic boost.

Enemies recently hit by Lacy's spells are effected by CC by an increased percentage of time for a few seconds.

http://imgur.com/47EIshE Q - Telekinetic Fling

type: targeted/skill shot

Lacey Initially targets the enemy, locking on. She then aims and releases, causing enemy to fly towards aimed direction. If enemy hits terrain, they are stunned and take damage based on a percentage of their armor and applying on-spell effects to them.

or

Lacey targets an ally, slinging them in a lobbed arc to the aimed destination, repositioning them and letting them pass over terrain. when they land, they deal an AOE damage based on a percentage of their armor and apply Lacey's on-spell effects.

Using Telekinetic Fling on an ally increases its cooldown by a small amount

This is the bread and butter of lacey, the core of who she is. She moves her enemies and allies about, tossing them into terrain and allied abilities, as well as moving major allies over terrain and into key positions.

mechanically, this is first targeted. if enemies move out of your range while you're aiming, sadly you're going to lose your ability for a short period of time without doing anything, so you have to think faster.

the way it aims is similar to Varus' or Vi E, you charge it to gain distance while you're aiming, up to a maximum amount.

See Lacey's E to see more info.

Type: AoE burst, reflect

After a short delay, Lacey causes a pulse of telekinetic energy around her, shoving enemies within range back. If this ability hits a projectile, it is reflected back (actually reflected, not just sent back, meaning you can angle it and such). If the projectile would stun, the duration is increased slightly.

A main defensive tool for knocking away ganks and reflecting hard core ranged damage for her and her allies.

Type: AoE Field/slow/passive

Lacey passively gains mental focus as she moves, up to a stack of one hundred. At one hundred stacks, the next basic attack she deals will deal additional true damage based on the enemy's armor.

Enemies inside of the field that is deployed are slowed. If Lacey uses Telekinetic Fling on enemies while they are inside of said field, the speed at which its range grows is doubled, as is its max range.

This ability grants a passive which helps Lacey peel away at tougher enemy tanks, and helps her set up more interesting plays, while CCing enemies a bit.

http://imgur.com/hLQ53oi R - Telekinetic Crush

Lacey forms a pocket of Telekinetic energy, which will attach itself to the first alley or enemy that moves through it. After a short delay, which is increased slightly if TK Crush has been picked up, it will detonate, dealing one of two types of damage.

if an ally or enemy has picked up the TK Crush pocket, it will explode, dealing a base rate, plus a percent of her AP, plus a percentage of their total armor.

if the orb has not been picked up, it will detonate, dealing a lower base rate, plus a percentage of her AP, plus a percentage of the highest enemy armor value in the area of the blast.

Well, this is her ult. Scary, isn't it? Lacey's "Telekinetic Crush" functions incredibly like a Zilean bomb, able to attach to enemies and allies, however it is so destructive and has such a high cooldown, that you have to know when to use it.

#Quotes

Champion Select: "You've got quite the magnetic personality, Summoner"

On kill

  • "Get bent!"
  • "Back, you beast!"
  • "Sorry, bud, but it was just a fling~"

On ult use

  • "I'm going to CRUSH you!"

Champion-specific interractions

  • Taunting Victor - "For the last time, I'm not joining you!"
  • Taunting Jayce / Caitlynn - "The city of tomorrow has some backwards ideas..."
  • Taunting Allied Vi - "Thanks..."
  • Taunting enemy Vi - "So this is what it comes to...?"
  • Taunting Ekko - "Sucks that you use technology, you're kind of cute~"

#Combos!

The easiest example of an end-game combination for Lacey would be something along the lines of the following.

An enemy charges in to engage upon her. She Knocks them back using http://i.imgur.com/8nO6d7J.png as she sets down http://i.imgur.com/G580AFx.png before dropping http://imgur.com/hLQ53oi behind them and following up with one final http://imgur.com/47EIshE into the enemy's teammates!

She synergizes really well with Sion, who can charge through her http://imgur.com/hLQ53oi and into the enemy team!

Audrey is back to haunt me @_@. Naah. In all seriousness; does her passive affect CC from other sources? Also, I feel like her ult should pull people towards it after it blows up. Even if its just a bit.

The reason I love this is because of how much of a Tank Assassin this character is and the fact it's a psychokinetic-based character.

How many psions do we have in the League?

As well, a character with a focus on repositioning and screwing with people's ganks and combos is obviously a fun thing to do when executed properly.

+1, and I hope this'll go far enough to be included.

also, the icons used are not of my own design, but are from a game called "Guild Wars 2"

Cool concept! She's sort of like a hybrid between Janna (with all that knockback disengage) and Zilean (with the area control she gets from her E and ult).

Couple things I'm not clear about-

The Q still really confuses me in terms of how it mechanically works. I wonder if it would be better as a tether instead of a targeted ability? Basically if she stays tethered to the target long enough she can fling them in a direction or something (sort of like Morgana's ultimate)? I just worry that having be targeted and then switching to another form of targeting would get really confusing, particularly in the middle of a teamfight. You mention that it charges up the way Varus' Piercing Arrow does - can the enemy move while you're doing this? If so, how does that affect their final position? It seems like this ability could either be really really powerful or maddeningly unreliable. It's definitely cool sounding, I'm just having a hard time wrapping my head around it.

The W probably doesn't need the move speed buff, as it's already absurdly useful (basically a mini-janna ult). The reflecting projectile thing is really cool, although i'm not certain whether the tech actually exists in the game to express reflected abilities with realistic physics. Worth a shot though.

The ult is very cool - I"m a bit curious how large an area it covers both for latching onto players and explosion radius. This would have a major effect on it's usefulness and balance. It strikes me as an ability that could definitely toe the line between being a cool gameplay element and just an unbelievable annoyance. Still a neat idea.
