The Elementalist (Champion Concept)
Passive - Blessing of Water After activating a spell, you recover 5~30 + 10% ability power health & gain speed equal to 8% of your ability power for 2 seconds. This has a cooldown of 6 seconds and can be used twice with 1 ability, granted the ability is able to be cast a second time in 1 use.
Q - Fistfull of Fire Activating this ability starts to charge it in your right hand, taking 5 seconds to fully charge. Reactivating this ability lets loose the charge of fire as you punch forward and release the flames in a cone. The damage is equal to 10/20/30/40/50 + 20/25/30/35/40% ability power to 50/75/100/125/150 + 80/100/120/140/160% ability power magic damage based on charge. At full charge, you can hold the ability for up to 3 seconds before it is expended and the effect becomes lost. While charging this ability, you can cast other spells freely without breaking the charge on Fistfull of Fire. Charge is not lost, but is delayed during stuns or made untargetable, otherwise the charge is not affected when you are under the effects of crowd control.

W - Earthbound Prison Cause the ground in a circle at a target location to begin rumbling, slowing all enemies inside. After a 1.2 second delay, the earth moves and traps all enemies inside this area, rooting them for 2 seconds and dealing 50/80/110/140/170 + 60% ability power magic damage. After enemies are freed from this effect, they are slowed by 40% that decays over 2 seconds.
Cost: 80 mana Cooldown: 14 seconds
E - Air Blast Cause violent winds to strike at the ground in a target direction, launching you the other way and dealing 60/90/120/150/180 + 40% ability power magic damage. This spell deals double damage to enemies below 40% health.
Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana Cooldown: 12 seconds
R - Aspect of the Elements The elements surround you and empower you. For the next 9 seconds, the first time you cast each of your basic spells, they are not put on cooldown after their effect is used and they all gain an additional effect. Fistfull of Fire: Cone is increased in size by 50% Earthbound Prison: The delay is reduced to 0.6 seconds and it stuns rather than roots. Air Blast: Enemies are knocked back and take an additional 40/80/120 + 20% ability power damage if they collide with a wall.
