Irelia visual update
She still has the tentacle hair. I can't believe she had a VU and they didn't fix the gdamn tentacle hair!

She's only getting a texture update right now. It's been stated that she's gonna get worked on in the future. The same thing's happening with Evelynn. It's just a temporary fix by one team while another makes progress on their real updates.
I was wondering the same thing!
That wasn't a VU. It was a Texture Rebalance so she didn't look as bad on the map update. The VU will be coming later.
