Champion concept: First true marksman jungle

Ok so me and a buddy were tossing champ ideas around and looked into jungle marksman, you know like the occasional , , and jungles. so I thought what if they made a true jungle marksman whose passive basically allows for easier jungling, any ideas for abilities would be nice but I think at least one ability similar to nunu's monster only ability. if this sounds good to you please leave a comment and up vote if you want.
