Is Dawnbringer Riven icon and border worth buying?

It costs 280 Tokens and I dont really know if that's worth buying cuz I can get 2 Orbs of order or almost 3Champion shards. Tell me your opinion please.

imo yes, the 4 orbs that i used i got skins that could be bought later during an event like worlds. or winter wonder land.

I got the icon, I love it, reminds me of rainbow dragon when I played Yu-Gi-Oh.
