How good is Rammus after Thornmail rework?
I wanted to purchase Rammus but I wonder how good is he after his main item was reworked.

its not just cuz of the thornmail .its cuz of the bonus hp on cinderhulk and which the thornmail having hp he gets more hp from building it due to the +20% bonus hp passive of cinderhulk
most if not all tank junglers right now are good to strong
is he good? yes satisfying? as a previous rammus main, no, typical riot to ignore the mains of a champions and do w/e with the champ
Rammus is dead, and Rammus builds post-rework don't use thornmail as a core item anyways. Rammus is not a tank anymore, he's become a tanky bruiser. His high winrate is mostly here becouse he counters lethality. And because lethality is just broken at the moment.
